L'actor: 1. **Pagina** tutti i post (≈127 al 2026-07-19, 2 pagine da 100). 2. **Filtra** i post di servizio (manutenzione portale, comunicazioni tecniche). 3. **Normalizza** ogni record: estrae `ente` e `profilo` dal titolo, `posti` e `scadenza` con pattern regex multilingua sul testo pulito, `urlBandoEsterno` dal primo link esterno. 4. **Applica** i filtri utente e pubblica su dataset Apify. Footprint ridotto: nessuno streaming necessario (volume dati modesto).
