## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 tenders

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

This Actor reads Asian Development Bank (ADB) procurement notices: invitations for bids, prequalification notices, advance and general procurement notices, consulting recruitment notices (firms and individuals) and contract awards. It returns one record per notice, filtered server-side by posting date, notice type, status, country, sector, procurement group and keyword.

### Source

The list at `adb.org/projects/tenders` is rendered in the browser from ADB's hosted search index. The Actor queries that index directly, the same way the page does, so it returns the same notices the page shows, with the same filters. The index holds more than 51,000 notices going back to 2008, most of them from 2017 onwards.

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | What it controls |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `publishedWithinDays` | integer | `14` | Rolling window of posting dates, counted back from the run. Ignored when `publishedFrom` is set |
| `publishedFrom` | string | empty | Posting date on or after, `YYYY-MM-DD` |
| `publishedTo` | string | empty | Posting date on or before, `YYYY-MM-DD`. Empty means today |
| `keyword` | string | empty | ADB's own search over title, project number and title, country, sector, contractor, executing agency and approval number |
| `noticeTypes` | array | empty | `Advance Notice`, `Contracts Awarded`, `Firm`, `General Procurement Notice`, `Individual`, `Invitation for Bids`, `Invitation for prequalification`, `Other Notice`, `Prequalified applicants` |
| `statuses` | array | empty | `Active`, `Closed`, `Awarded`, `Archived` |
| `countries` | array | empty | Country or economy names exactly as ADB writes them, for example `India`, `Viet Nam`, `China, People's Republic of`, `Regional` |
| `sectors` | array | empty | ADB sector, for example `Energy`, `Transport`, `Health` |
| `procurementGroups` | array | empty | `goods` or `consulting` |
| `maxItems` | integer | `500` | Caps how many records are returned. `0` returns everything matched |

Every filter is applied by the source. Values inside one filter are combined with OR, and different filters with AND.

```json
{
    "publishedFrom": "2026-08-01",
    "publishedTo": "2026-08-31",
    "noticeTypes": ["Contracts Awarded"],
    "maxItems": 0
}
```

### Output

One dataset item per notice.

| Field group | Fields |
| --- | --- |
| Identity | `noticeId`, `title`, `noticeTypes`, `status`, `procurementGroup`, `language` |
| Dates | `datePosted`, `dateClosing` |
| Project | `projectNumbers`, `projectTitle`, `approvalNumbers`, `country`, `sector` |
| Award | `executingAgency`, `contractorName`, `contractorAddress`, `totalContractAmountUsd`, `adbFinancedAmountUsd` |
| Links | `noticeUrl`, `fileUrl`, `csrnUrl`, `projectUrl` |

### Notes

- **Award fields only on awards.** `executingAgency`, `contractorName`, `contractorAddress` and the two amounts are published only on `Contracts Awarded` records. `adbFinancedAmountUsd` is missing on about a third of awards at source.
- **Links follow ADB's own search page.** `noticeUrl` is the notice PDF when there is one, else the consulting recruitment notice on ADB's consultant management system, and for contract awards the tenders tab of the project page. An award has no page of its own on adb.org.
- **Closing dates.** Awards carry none. Some advance and other notices carry none either.
- **Multi-valued fields.** A notice can carry more than one type, project number or approval number, so those three fields are arrays.

Posting date in YYYY-MM-DD form. Leave empty for today. Examples: '2026-09-30'.

## `keyword` (type: `string`):
