## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 tenders

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

This Actor reads the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank's project procurement list — procurement notices, contract awards and procurement plans in AIIB-financed projects — and returns one record per entry with member country, project, contract description, contractor, contract price, dates, sector and the document link.

### What it does

- Returns **every entry AIIB publishes**: 1,129 from December 2016 to September 2026 when this was verified (765 notices, 261 contract awards, 103 procurement plans).
- Filters by **category, notice type, member country, sector, keyword and issue-date range** — the same filters AIIB's own page offers, applied the same way.
- Splits contract prices into **currency and amount** where AIIB publishes them as "USD 4,168,770.00".
- Links each entry's **PDF** on aiib.org.

### Use cases

| You need to | How this Actor does it |
| --- | --- |
| Find AIIB-financed tenders | Category `Notices`, read closing date and document |
| See who wins AIIB contracts | Category `Contract Awards`, read contractor and price |
| Track a country's pipeline | Filter by member and schedule the run |
| Benchmark contract values | Pull awards in a sector and compare `contractPriceAmount` |

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | What it controls |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `categories` | array | empty | `Notices`, `Contract Awards`, `Procurement Plan` |
| `types` | array | empty | Notice types as AIIB writes them |
| `members` | array | empty | Member countries as AIIB writes them |
| `sectors` | array | empty | Sectors as AIIB writes them |
| `keyword` | string | empty | In project, description or contractor |
| `issuedFrom` / `issuedTo` | date | empty | Issue-date range |
| `maxItems` | integer | `500` | Caps how many records are returned, and so the cost |

```json
{
    "categories": ["Contract Awards"],
    "members": ["India"]
}
```

### Output

```json
{
    "issueDate": "2026-09-30",
    "member": "Uzbekistan",
    "project": "Karakalpakstan and Khorezm Local Roads Network Rehabilitation Project",
    "description": "Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC)",
    "contractor": "Rhythm Plus Consulting Company in association with Smart Eco LLC and Kazakh Scientific Research Institute for Road Traffic Safety LLP",
    "contractPrice": "USD 4,168,770.00",
    "contractPriceCurrency": "USD",
    "contractPriceAmount": 4168770,
    "sector": "Transport",
    "category": "Contract Awards",
    "type": "Contract Award Notice",
    "documentUrl": "https://www.aiib.org/en/projects/details/2026/_download/Uzbekistan/…pdf"
}
```

### Coverage and limits

- Contractor and price are filled on contract awards (258 and 260 of 261 when verified); AIIB gives a closing date on 55 of 765 notices.
- Prices published in another form (several currencies, text) stay in `contractPrice` with no split amount.

### Pricing

Pay per event: one `tender-scraper` event per record written to the dataset. The optional schema.org block is charged once per run.

# Actor input Schema

## `categories` (type: `array`):

AIIB's own categories. When verified: Notices 765, Contract Awards 261, Procurement Plan 103.

## `types` (type: `array`):

Notice types exactly as AIIB writes them, e.g. 'Contract Award Notice', 'Specific Procurement Notice', 'Request for Expressions of Interest', 'General Procurement Notice'.

## `members` (type: `array`):

Borrowing members as AIIB writes them, e.g. 'India' (61 contract awards when verified), 'Uzbekistan', 'Bangladesh'.

## `sectors` (type: `array`):

Sectors as AIIB writes them, e.g. 'Transport', 'Energy', 'Water'.

## `keyword` (type: `string`):

Matched in the project, contract description and contractor, case-insensitive. Example: 'metro' (79).

## `issuedFrom` (type: `string`):

Records issued on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD).

## `issuedTo` (type: `string`):

Records issued on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Caps how many records are written to the dataset, and so caps the cost. Set to 0 for everything — 1,129 when verified.

## `schemaOrg` (type: `boolean`):

Appends a `schemaOrg` object to every record, mapping it to schema.org (Demand). Charged once per run, not per record.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "maxItems": 500,
  "schemaOrg": false
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

Projects matched by the run, one item per record, in the default dataset.
