## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 tenders

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

This Actor reads the Inter-American Development Bank's project procurement notices — general and specific procurement notices, expressions of interest, requests for information and contract awards in IDB-financed projects across Latin America and the Caribbean — and returns one record per notice with country, project, loan, sector, dates and the link to the notice document.

### What it does

- Returns **every notice IDB publishes**: 37,581 rows from July 2000 to October 2026 when this was verified, newest first.
- **Filters at the source**: notice type, country, publication-date range and a title keyword.
- Reads the same data the IDB notices page shows, including columns the page does not display: notice id, loan number, project link, the notice document link and both sector fields.
- Handles iadb.org's bot protection and the report's access token on every run; nothing needs configuring.

### Use cases

| You need to | How this Actor does it |
| --- | --- |
| Find IDB tenders in your sector | Filter by type `SPECIFIC` and a title keyword, read the deadline |
| Track who IDB projects award to | Filter by type `AWARD` and open `documentUrl` |
| Watch a country's pipeline | Filter by country and a recent publication date, schedule the run |
| Build a Latin American procurement feed | Run daily with `publishedFrom` set to yesterday |

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | What it controls |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `noticeTypes` | array | empty | `SPECIFIC`, `AWARD`, `GENERAL`, `EOI`, `REQUEST FOR INFORMATION` |
| `countries` | array | empty | Country names as IDB writes them, e.g. `BRAZIL`, `COSTA RICA` |
| `keyword` | string | empty | Anywhere in the title, case-insensitive |
| `publishedFrom` / `publishedTo` | date | empty | Publication-date range |
| `maxItems` | integer | `500` | Caps how many notices are returned, and so the cost |

```json
{
    "noticeTypes": ["SPECIFIC", "EOI"],
    "countries": ["COLOMBIA"],
    "publishedFrom": "2026-09-01"
}
```

### Output

```json
{
    "noticeId": 39193,
    "noticeType": "EOI",
    "country": "ARGENTINA",
    "projectNumber": "AR-L1386",
    "projectUrl": "https://www.iadb.org/en/project/AR-L1386",
    "loanNumber": "5824/OC-AR",
    "noticeTitle": "DISEÑO DE LA ESTRATEGIA INSTITUCIONAL DE PROSALTA",
    "documentUrl": "https://idbdocs.iadb.org/wsdocs/getdocument.aspx?docnum=EZIDB0000029-1425284789-740",
    "projectName": "Programa de Desarrollo Productivo y Exportador de la Provincia de Salta",
    "publicationDate": "2026-10-02",
    "deadline": "2026-10-16",
    "sector": "COMERCIO",
    "sectorIdb": "Trade & Investment Division"
}
```

### Coverage and limits

- Titles are in the borrowing country's language (mostly Spanish and Portuguese), as published.
- The source data has no winner or amount column, award notices included; `documentUrl` links the notice document as IDB publishes it.
- A notice published with two values in one column (for example two sectors) appears once per value: 37,581 rows carry 37,544 distinct notice ids.

### Pricing

Pay per event: one `tender-scraper` event per notice written to the dataset. The optional schema.org block is charged once per run.

# Actor input Schema

## `noticeTypes` (type: `array`):

Keeps notices of these types, filtered at the source. Leave empty for all five.

## `countries` (type: `array`):

Borrowing countries as IDB names them, in capitals or not. Examples: 'BRAZIL' (7,000 notices when verified), 'PERU', 'COSTA RICA'.

## `keyword` (type: `string`):

Matched anywhere in the notice title, case-insensitive. Example: 'carretera' (353). Titles are in the borrower's language.

## `publishedFrom` (type: `string`):

Keeps notices published on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD).

## `publishedTo` (type: `string`):

Keeps notices published on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Caps how many notices are written to the dataset, and so caps the cost. Set to 0 for everything matched — 37,581 rows when verified.

## `schemaOrg` (type: `boolean`):

Appends a `schemaOrg` object to every record, mapping it to schema.org (Demand). Charged once per run, not per record.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "maxItems": 500,
  "schemaOrg": false
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

Projects matched by the run, one item per record, in the default dataset.
