## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 tenders

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

This Actor reads **KIMDIS** (ΚΗΜΔΗΣ), Greece's central electronic registry of public contracts, through its open data service: tender notices, awards, signed contracts and payment orders submitted in a date range, with buyer, procedure, contract type, CPV codes, values with and without VAT, contractors, funding and a link to each signed PDF.

### What it does

- **Four record types** (`mode`): `notices` (calls, invitations, tender notices), `awards`, `contracts`, `payments` (payment orders).
- **By submission day**: on 15 September 2026, 933 notices, 1,202 awards, 1,133 contracts and 2,736 payment orders; September 2026 had 21,240 notices.
- Buyer and its VAT number, procedure (e.g. direct award, open), contract type, legal context, NUTS region, contract duration, line items with quantity, unit, cost, VAT rate and CPV codes.
- Contractors with country and, for companies, VAT number; bids submitted; links to the related notice, award, contract and payment.
- **Filters** (applied by KIMDIS): title keyword, CPV code, contract type, contractor name, value range.

### Use cases

| You need to | How this Actor does it |

| Track one supplier | `contractorName`, e.g. SIEMENS |
| Follow public spending | `mode` `payments` |
| Watch a market | `cpvCode`, e.g. 90470000-2, or `keyword` |

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | What it controls |

| `dateTo` | string | today | Last submission day |
| `keyword` | string | empty | Title |
| `cpvCode` | string | empty | CPV code(s), e.g. 90470000-2 |
| `contractType` | string | any | `SERVICES`, `SUPPLIES`, `WORKS`, `STUDIES`, `TECHNICAL_SERVICES` |
| `contractorName` | string | empty | Contractor (awards, contracts) |
| `minValue` / `maxValue` | number | empty | Total cost range (EUR) |
| `maxItems` | integer | `500` | Caps how many records are returned, and so the cost |

### Coverage and limits

- Texts are in Greek, as published. Code lists are given by their label; NUTS, country and currency by their code.
- The signing official's name and the author e-mail are not included, and a contractor's VAT number is included only for companies.

### Pricing

Pay per event: one `tender-scraper` event per record written to the dataset. The optional schema.org block is charged once per run.

# Actor input Schema

## `mode` (type: `string`):

Which KIMDIS register to read.

## `dateFrom` (type: `string`):

First day a record was submitted to KIMDIS, YYYY-MM-DD. Default: two days before today. 15 September 2026 had 933 notices and 1,133 contracts.

## `dateTo` (type: `string`):

Last submission day, inclusive, YYYY-MM-DD. Default: today.

## `keyword` (type: `string`):

Matched by KIMDIS in the title, e.g. 'ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗ' (maintenance). Up to 100 characters.

## `cpvCode` (type: `string`):

CPV code with check digit, e.g. '90470000-2'. Several may be comma-separated.

## `contractType` (type: `string`):

Leave empty for all.

## `contractorName` (type: `string`):

## `minValue` (type: `integer`):

Lowest total cost in EUR.

## `maxValue` (type: `integer`):

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Caps how many records are written to the dataset, and so caps the cost. Set to 0 for everything matched.

## `schemaOrg` (type: `boolean`):

Appends a `schemaOrg` object to every record, mapping it to schema.org (Demand). Charged once per run, not per record.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "mode": "notices",
  "maxItems": 500,
  "schemaOrg": false
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):
