## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 tenders

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

This Actor reads tender notices from Taiwan's **Government e-Procurement System** (政府電子採購網, web.pcc.gov.tw), run by the Public Construction Commission: every notice published for a day, with agency, tender id, title, procedure, category, budget and bid deadline, plus the full notice page (agency code, contact, subject category, award method, bid opening time and place, place of performance, treaty coverage).

### What it does

- **Tender notices by day**: 825 for 15 September 2026 when this was verified; September 2026 held 20,377.
- **Filters at the source**: keyword in the tender name, agency name, tender id, works / goods / services, procedure.
- **Notice pages** (on by default): agency code, unit, address and contact, subject classification, procurement value bracket, legal basis, award method, tender status, bid opening time and place, place and period of performance, WTO GPA / ANZTEC / ASTEP coverage, and every other label of the notice in `details`.
- Dates are converted from the Republic of China calendar (115 = 2026) to ISO, times to Taiwan time.

### Use cases

| You need to | How this Actor does it |
| --- | --- |
| Find open Taiwanese tenders | Recent days, read `bidDeadline` |
| Track one agency or city | `agency`, e.g. 新北市 |
| Watch a product or service | `keyword` in the tender name |
| Find GPA-covered tenders for foreign bidders | Notice pages on, filter `gpa` |

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | What it controls |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `dateFrom` | string | two days ago | First day searched |
| `dateTo` | string | today | Last day searched |
| `keyword` | string | empty | Tender name, in Chinese |
| `agency` | string | empty | Agency name |
| `tenderId` | string | empty | Tender case number |
| `category` | string | all | `works`, `goods` or `services` |
| `tenderWay` | string | all | Procedure |
| `fetchDetails` | boolean | `true` | Read each notice page |
| `maxItems` | integer | `500` | Caps how many notices are returned, and so the cost |

```json
{
    "dateFrom": "2026-09-15",
    "dateTo": "2026-09-15",
    "category": "works"
}
```

    "noticeUrl": "https://web.pcc.gov.tw/tps/QueryTender/query/searchTenderDetail?pkPmsMain=NzEzMjc3NTg%3D"
}
```
### Coverage and limits
- With notice pages the Actor reads about 24 notices a minute; without them about 60 a second.
- A day's search also returns correction notices (更正公告, `isCorrection`), listed with the correction's own date in `publicationDate`; `searchDate` is the day searched. A notice returned on two days is written once.
- Texts are in Chinese, as published.
### Pricing
Pay per event: one `tender-scraper` event per notice written to the dataset. The optional schema.org block is charged once per run.
