## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 tenders

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

This Actor reads open bid opportunities from **PhilGEPS**, the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System run by the DBM Procurement Service: every open opportunity by publication date, with procuring entity, title, category and closing date, plus each notice's Bid Notice Abstract (solicitation number, procurement mode, classification, approved budget, delivery period, contact, description, line items, pre-bid conference).

### What it does

- **Open opportunities**: 11,333 listed when this was verified; 508 published on 5 October 2026.
- **Bid Notice Abstract** (on by default): solicitation number, trade agreement, procurement mode, classification, category, approved budget in PHP, delivery period, area of delivery, contact, status, last update, description, line items with quantities and budgets, pre-bid conference date and venue.
- **Filters**: publication date window, keyword in the title, procuring entity, category.

### Use cases

| You need to | How this Actor does it |
| --- | --- |
| Find Philippine tenders to bid on | Recent days, read `closingDate` and `approvedBudget` |
| Watch one agency or province | `agency`, e.g. LAGUNA |
| Track a product category | `category`, e.g. Vehicles |
| Plan site visits | `preBidConference` date and venue |

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | What it controls |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `publishedFrom` | string | two days ago | First publication day |
| `publishedTo` | string | today | Last publication day |
| `keyword` | string | empty | Title |
| `agency` | string | empty | Procuring entity |
| `category` | string | empty | PhilGEPS category |
| `fetchDetails` | boolean | `true` | Read each Bid Notice Abstract |
| `maxItems` | integer | `500` | Caps how many opportunities are returned, and so the cost |

```json
{
    "publishedFrom": "2026-10-01",
    "keyword": "vehicle"
}
```

### Output

```json
{
    "referenceNumber": "13094386",
    "title": "PROCUREMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE TO BE SERVED FOR DAILY OPERATIONS AND EMERGENCY/DISASTER RESPONSE SERVICE IN OUR MUNICIPALITY",
    "procuringEntity": "MUNICIPALITY OF BAY, LAGUNA",
    "publishedDate": "2026-10-06",
    "closingDate": "2026-10-21T08:00:00+08:00",
    "areaOfDelivery": "Laguna",
    "status": "Active",
    "noticeUrl": "https://notices.philgeps.gov.ph/GEPSNONPILOT/Tender/SplashBidNoticeAbstractUI.aspx?menuIndex=3&refID=13094386&Result=3"
}
```

### Coverage and limits

- PhilGEPS lists opportunities that are still open; closed and awarded notices are not in this list.
- Keyword, agency and category are matched on the list the Actor reads, newest first, within the date window; a wide window reads more pages.

### Pricing

Pay per event: one `tender-scraper` event per opportunity written to the dataset. The optional schema.org block is charged once per run.

## `publishedTo` (type: `string`):

Last publication day, inclusive, YYYY-MM-DD. Default: today.

## `keyword` (type: `string`):

Matched in the opportunity title, e.g. 'vehicle' (89 published 1–6 October 2026).

## `agency` (type: `string`):

  "schemaOrg": false
}
```
# Actor output Schema
