## Pricing

from $1.50 / 1,000 product intelligence results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## WooCommerce Price, Stock & Restock Opportunity Monitor

Monitor up to 10 customer-facing WooCommerce storefronts with the **official public Store API**, with no login or customer data. Extract current prices, displayed discounts, SKU, publicly exposed stock signals, URLs, photos and category names. Compare with an optional previous snapshot for restocks, stockouts, and price changes. Action scores are heuristic priority indicators, not profit, demand or verified inventory quantities.

### Input

```json
{"storeUrls":["https://barefootbuttons.com"],"maxProductsPerStore":30,"perPage":20,"minimumDiscountPercent":10,"previousSnapshot":[],"onlyChanges":false}
```

Store domains must resolve to public IP addresses and support HTTPS. The Actor only requests `/wp-json/wc/store/v1/products`. A store may disable the endpoint or rate-limit access; errors are reported in `RUN_DIAGNOSTICS`. No proxy rotation, authentication bypass, CAPTCHA solving or collection of private order/customer information.

### Repeat-run monitoring

First run: the Actor automatically saves the catalog in a named key-value store (`quantmatrix-woo-<monitorName>`, default `main`). On subsequent runs with the same monitor name, the baseline loads automatically. `previousSnapshot` remains an optional explicit override for imported history. Set `onlyChanges=true` to return only new products, price changes and stock state changes. A run with no changes may yield zero dataset rows without indicating failure. A discount alert alone is not considered a change in onlyChanges mode.

### Output

One row per product with `productKey`, `storeUrl`, `productId`, `currency`, `price`, `regularPrice`, `discountPercent`, `inStock`, `previousPrice`, `priceDeltaPercent`, `changeTypes`, `opportunityScore`, `suggestedAction`, `url`, `scrapedAt` and further fields. Prices keep the currency and minor-unit precision reported by each store; values across currencies are **never compared**. Store stock exposure is not warehouse inventory. Missing prices and signals remain null.

### Transparency

No synthetic offers or invented sales metrics. Official documentation: https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/apis/store-api/

### Limits

At most 300 products/store and 10 stores/run with sequential pagination. Data may be incomplete for sites that restrict public access. Respect each merchant's terms and rate limits. No profitability or sales claims.

Automatic snapshots are retained in a named Apify storage. Runs on subsets of stores preserve unobserved stores; failed stores do not overwrite their history. Use distinct monitor names for unrelated client projects. There is no claim of real-world inventory quantity, only product availability exposed by each store.
