## Changelog

### 0.1.7 (2026-10-28)

- Known data issue, disclosed: in our check of 2026-10-28 the source's 12 monthly values looked
older than their month labels (about 1 month in the US and Global data; in Canada, Australia and the
UK often 2 to 3 months, for some keywords more, such as `snow blower` in Canada peaking in June
and July), and unrelated commercial keywords shared identical spikes that can
raise `search_volume`. The README section "Known data issue: source data age" gives the examples.
The Actor passes the source's numbers through unchanged, as before; the listing no longer sells a
"12-month trend", and the `trend` and `search_volume` field descriptions carry the caveat.
- `includeTrend` is now off by default (it was on). Set it to `true` to get the source's 12 monthly
values for each keyword, labelled by the source, at the same price; use them for rough direction
  only, not timing.
- No keyword cap on any Apify plan, as before. A cap for Apify's free plan is built but switched
off until we have checked how Apify reports paid plans to a run; the run log names the plan it
detected, for information only. The price is unchanged.

### 0.1 (2026-10-28): first public version

- Monthly search volume, cost per click (CPC), advertiser competition and the 12-month trend for
up to 10,000 keywords a run, from Google Keyword Planner data via the Keywords Everywhere API
(used with the provider's permission; not affiliated with Keywords Everywhere or Google).
- Markets: Global, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India and South
Africa. CPC in the currency you choose; data source Keyword Planner only (`gkp`) or blended with
clickstream data (`cli`); the trend is optional, at the same price.
- Price: USD 2.00 per 1,000 keyword rows (USD 0.002 per keyword), on every Apify plan, plus
Apify's small start fee per run. `ok` and `no_data` rows are charged; duplicates, `invalid`
keywords and `failed` lookups are free. Your maximum charge per run is respected, and the run
says so when it stops there.
- A keyword the source has no data on comes back as `status: "no_data"` with empty (`null`)
  numbers, never as a made-up 0.
- Input cleaning before any lookup: pasted blocks are split into lines; case, extra spaces,
invisible characters and match-type symbols are removed; duplicates are looked up and charged
  once.
- Output: `invalid` rows first, then every other keyword in the order you entered it, with the
  reason on every free row.
- A finished run says on the run page how many keyword rows it saved and how many of them were
charged and free (counts for the whole run after a restart); a run that stops early says why.
