## Changelog

### 0.1.1 (2026-10-26)

Patch. Apify versions are MAJOR.MINOR, so the Actor version stays 0.1.

- Attribution in the run summary now credits INSEE Sirene under the Licence Ouverte / Open Licence 2.0
(Etalab) via the API Recherche d'entreprises, and says that no output field comes from the RNE
(INPI, its own licence). It no longer says RNE data is under the Licence Ouverte.
- `updated_on` is now the date INSEE last updated the company in Sirene (`date_mise_a_jour_insee`),
not the later of the INSEE and RNE dates. Only when the source gives no INSEE date does it fall back
to the record's overall update date, then to the RNE date. The README and dataset schema say so.

### 0.1 (2026-10-26)

First release.

- Bulk export of French companies from SIRENE open data, filtered by NAF code (or two-digit
division), department, headcount bracket, legal form, creation date and status.
- Automatic splitting of queries past the source's 10,000-result limit, by status, headcount,
legal form, activity and department, with de-duplication by SIREN. Ceased-company queries that
must be split by legal form or NAF code are also read directly and flagged in the summary.
- New-company feed (`newSinceLastRun`) with a watch ID and an optional silent baseline on the first
run. A first run that stops at the maximum or the spending limit still records its whole scope,
new companies cut off by the spending limit later are delivered next time, a watch never charges
a row it cannot remember, and delivered rows are remembered even when a run fails or is aborted.
- Privacy by default: sole proprietors, groups of private individuals and partly public units are
never exported, companies named after a person are filtered out (best effort); directors, birth
data, emails and phone numbers are never output; addresses stop at commune level unless full
detail is requested, and the full address never includes the free-text address complement.
- `updated_on` field with the register's last-update date, for the Licence Ouverte attribution.
- Polite by default: identifies itself, stays under the source's rate limit, checks robots.txt and
text-and-data-mining reservations (TDMRep) at runtime, and stops with a free error row when the
  source refuses.
- Pay per event: `company-row` per saved company, `watch-run` per feed run; error rows are free.
