## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Quick Commerce & E-commerce Price Scraper

Get **live prices, MRP, discounts, stock and delivery times** from quick commerce and e-commerce apps in **India and the UAE**: Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, DMart, JioMart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Croma, Reliance Digital, Noon Minutes and talabat mart. Search products across apps, track item IDs, or check which apps deliver to a location and how fast.

No browser, no proxies, no login. Each run reads live data from the [QuickCommerce API](https://quickcommerceapi.com), so results come back in seconds and the prices are the ones a customer at your location sees.

### What can this quick commerce scraper do?

- 🔎 **Search products** on up to 12 platforms at once and get every result as a clean row: name, brand, pack size, price, MRP, discount, stock, rating, product link and image.
- ⚖️ **Compare prices across apps.** Search the same query on several apps in one run. Every row has the price, MRP and pack size, so sorting by price shows where it's cheapest near you.
- 📦 **Track specific products** by item ID or product URL: live price, MRP, stock and units left at the serving dark store. Paste a product link from any supported store and the Actor finds the ID for you.
- 🛵 **Check delivery ETAs** and whether the store is open, per app, at a given latitude/longitude or pincode.
- 📍 **Location-aware.** Quick commerce prices and stock depend on the nearest dark store. Set the latitude, longitude and (in India, where needed) pincode for the area you care about.
- 🌍 **India and the UAE**, with each price in its local currency (INR or AED). More countries are on the way.
- 📊 **Flat, typed output** that exports straight to CSV, Excel, JSON or Google Sheets, with the same columns in every mode.

Typical uses: competitor price monitoring for D2C and FMCG brands, assortment and availability tracking per city, price-comparison apps, MRP compliance checks, discount tracking, and market research on quick commerce in India and the UAE.

If you select a platform that doesn't support the chosen mode, the Actor skips it and logs a warning. You're never charged for skipped platforms. Pick platforms from one country per run: the location has to be in the country the app serves.

### How to use it

1. Pick a **mode**: `search`, `items` or `eta`.
2. Add **search queries** (search) or **item IDs / product URLs** (items).
3. Select the **platforms**.
4. Set the delivery **latitude and longitude**, plus a **pincode** if you picked DMart, JioMart or Flipkart Minutes (India only).
5. Click **Start** and download the dataset as CSV, Excel or JSON, or use the API.

#### Example inputs

Search two queries on Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart in Bengaluru:

```json
{
    "mode": "search",
    "queries": ["amul butter 100g", "aashirvaad atta 5kg"],
    "platforms": ["BlinkIt", "Zepto", "Swiggy"],
    "latitude": 12.9021,
    "longitude": 77.6639,
    "maxResultsPerPlatform": 10
}
```

Search in Mumbai, including DMart and JioMart (pincode required):

```json
{
    "mode": "search",
    "queries": ["coca cola 750ml"],
    "platforms": ["BlinkIt", "Zepto", "Swiggy", "BigBasket", "DMart", "JioMart"],
    "latitude": 19.1136,
    "longitude": 72.8697,
    "pincode": "400053"
}
```

Track items by ID or link. Write IDs as `Platform:itemId`, or select a single platform and paste bare IDs:

```json
{
    "mode": "items",
    "itemIds": ["BlinkIt:362674", "Croma:317418", "https://blinkit.com/prn/x/prid/362674"],
    "latitude": 12.9021,
    "longitude": 77.6639
}
```

Search in Dubai on Noon Minutes and talabat mart (prices in AED):

```json
{
    "mode": "search",
    "queries": ["almarai milk 1l"],
    "platforms": ["NoonMinutes", "TalabatMart"],
    "latitude": 25.0772,
    "longitude": 55.1403
}
```

Check delivery times:

```json
{
    "mode": "eta",
    "platforms": ["BlinkIt", "Zepto", "Swiggy", "BigBasket"],
    "latitude": 28.4595,
    "longitude": 77.0266
}
```

### Output

Each row is flat, and every mode uses the same columns, so you can mix runs in one spreadsheet. Fields that don't apply to a mode are `null`.

- **search**: one row per product per platform (`rank` is the platform's own ordering).
- **items**: one row per item ID.
- **eta**: one row per platform.

Example search row:

```json
{
    "mode": "search",
    "status": "ok",
    "query": "amul butter 100g",
    "platform": "BlinkIt",
    "productId": "160",
    "name": "Amul Salted Butter",
    "brand": "Amul",
    "quantity": "100 g",
    "price": 58,
    "mrp": 62,
    "discountPercent": 6.5,
    "currency": "INR",
    "available": true,
    "inventory": 12,
    "rank": 1,
    "resultsCount": 24,
    "deliveryEta": "9 mins",
    "storeOpen": true,
    "storeId": null,
    "url": "https://blinkit.com/prn/x/prid/160",
    "imageUrl": "https://cdn.grofers.com/...",
    "rating": 4.6,
    "ratingCount": 51234,
    "latitude": 12.9021,
    "longitude": 77.6639,
    "pincode": null,
    "error": null,
    "scrapedAt": "2026-10-26T06:30:12Z"
}
```

Example: the top search result on three apps, side by side:

| platform | name | quantity | price | mrp | deliveryEta |
| --- | --- | --- | ---: | ---: | --- |
| BlinkIt | Amul Salted Butter | 100 g | 58 | 62 | 9 mins |
| Zepto | Amul Salted Butter | 100 g | 56 | 62 | 11 mins |
| Swiggy | Amul Salted Butter | 100 g | 58 | 62 | 18 mins |

#### Row status

| `status` | Meaning | Charged? |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `ok` | Data returned | yes |
| `no_results` | The platform returned no products for the query | no |
| `not_found` | The item ID wasn't found on that store, or a URL couldn't be resolved | no |
| `not_available` | The platform doesn't deliver to this location (eta mode) | yes, the platform was checked |
| `error` | The request failed after retries, or the platform didn't respond | **no** |

The dataset has three views: **Overview** (prices), **Item tracking** (stock detail) and **Delivery ETA**.

### Pricing

This Actor uses pay-per-event pricing. You pay for the data you get, not for compute time. **Search costs $0.99 per 1,000 results; item lookups and ETA checks $1.99 per 1,000.** No start fee.

| Event | When it's charged | Price |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `search-result` | Once per product row returned (search) | $0.00099 |
| `item-lookup` | Once per item ID found (items) | $0.00199 |
| `eta-check` | Once per platform that answers (eta) | $0.00199 |

Examples:

- Search 1 query on Blinkit and Zepto, 20 products each: 40 results = **$0.04**.
- Search 100 queries on Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart, 10 products each: 3,000 results = **$2.97**.
- Track 50 item IDs every day for a month: 1,500 lookups = **$2.99**.
- Check delivery times on 4 apps every hour for a day: 96 checks = **$0.19**.

**Max products per platform** caps what a search can cost: you never pay for more rows than that.

Not charged: failed requests and platforms that didn't respond (rows with status `error`), searches with no results, item IDs that aren't found, resolving product URLs to IDs, and skipped platforms. The price is the same in every country.

**Spending limit:** set a maximum cost per run in the run options. The Actor checks the limit before each request, keeps only what the remaining budget covers, then stops cleanly with a status message. It never goes over your limit.

### Tips

- **Be specific.** "amul taaza toned milk 500ml" finds the exact product in the first few rows, while "milk" returns many products you may not need. Since search is charged per row, set **Max products per platform** to what you actually use.
- **Location changes everything.** Quick commerce apps price and stock per dark store. Run once per city or area (save each location as a [task](https://docs.apify.com/platform/actors/running/tasks)) to build a city-level price map.
- **Search, then track.** Run a search, copy the `productId` values you care about into items mode, and schedule it hourly or daily for price and stock history.
- **Pincodes** are 6-digit Indian PIN codes, required for DMart, JioMart and Flipkart Minutes. UAE platforms don't use them.

### Single-store scrapers

Only need one app? Each store also has its own Actor, at the same prices: **Search** ($0.99 per 1,000 results), **Item** ($1.99 per 1,000 items found) or both in one.

### Use it from your code

Call it like any Apify Actor, for example with the [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python):

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("quickcommerceapi/quickcommerce-prices").call(run_input={
    "mode": "search",
    "queries": ["amul butter 100g"],
    "platforms": ["BlinkIt", "Zepto", "Swiggy"],
    "latitude": 12.9021,
    "longitude": 77.6639,
})
for row in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(row["platform"], row["name"], row["price"], row["currency"])
```

It also works with Apify integrations (Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, webhooks) and with AI agents through the Apify MCP server.

### FAQ

**Which countries and cities does it cover?**
India and the UAE today, anywhere the platforms deliver. Pass the latitude and longitude of the area; results match what the app shows at that location. More countries are coming.

**Which currency are prices in?**
Each platform's local currency: INR for Indian platforms, AED for Noon Minutes and talabat mart. Every row has a `currency` column.

**How fresh is the data?**
Live. Every run fetches current prices and stock from the platforms at request time.

**Why is Swiggy Instamart called `Swiggy`, Flipkart Minutes `Minutes` and talabat mart `TalabatMart`?**
Those are the platform names the underlying API uses. The output uses the same names so you can join runs reliably.

**Do I pay for searches that find nothing?**
No. Search is charged per product row returned, so an empty search is free. Failed requests and platforms that don't respond are never charged either.

**Why did my run stop before finishing all queries?**
It reached the maximum cost per run you set. The status message says how many requests completed. Raise the limit and run again for the rest.

**My run failed with "temporarily out of capacity".**
The data provider behind this Actor ran out of capacity. You're only charged for results already saved. Try again later or email connect@quickcompare.in.

**Do I need proxies or a browser?**
No. The Actor calls a maintained API, so it uses little memory and needs no proxies.

**Can I get historical prices or bulk catalogue data?**
Schedule this Actor to build your own history. For ready-made datasets (full catalogues, dark-store lists, price history), see [quickcommercedata.com](https://quickcommercedata.com).

**Is there a direct API?**
Yes. For high volumes or lower latency, use the [QuickCommerce API](https://quickcommerceapi.com) directly.

**Is scraping these sites legal?**
This Actor returns publicly visible product information (prices, availability, delivery times) and collects no personal data. Check that your use complies with applicable laws and the platforms' terms; if unsure, ask a lawyer.

**Something looks wrong, or need another store?**
Open an issue on the Actor's Issues tab with the run ID, or email connect@quickcompare.in, and we'll take a look.

# Actor input Schema

## `mode` (type: `string`):

<b>search</b>: every product each platform returns for your queries (one row per product).<br><b>items</b>: live price and stock for specific item IDs or product URLs (one row per item).<br><b>eta</b>: delivery time and store status per platform at your location (one row per platform).

## `queries` (type: `array`):

Product searches for the search mode, for example 'amul butter 100g' or 'aashirvaad atta 5kg'. Each query is searched on every selected platform. Specific queries (brand + pack size) give the best matches.

## `platforms` (type: `array`):

Stores to query. <b>India</b>: BlinkIt, Zepto, Swiggy (Instamart), BigBasket, DMart, JioMart, Minutes (Flipkart Minutes), Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, plus the electronics stores RelianceDigital, Croma, Vivo and OnePlus (items only). <b>UAE</b>: NoonMinutes (Noon Minutes) and TalabatMart (talabat mart), priced in AED. Delivery ETA: the quick commerce apps in both countries. Platforms that don't support the chosen mode are skipped. Pick platforms from one country per run, since the location must be in that country. <b>DMart, JioMart and Minutes need a pincode.</b>

## `itemIds` (type: `array`):

For the items mode. Write each entry as <code>Platform:itemId</code> (for example <code>BlinkIt:362674</code>, <code>Croma:317418</code>, <code>OnePlus:P1120230:5011122818</code>), paste a product URL from any supported store, or select exactly one platform and enter bare IDs. Item IDs are the <code>productId</code> values from search results.

## `latitude` (type: `number`):

Delivery location latitude. Quick commerce prices, stock and ETAs depend on the nearest dark store. Examples: 12.9021 (HSR Layout, Bengaluru), 25.0772 (Dubai Marina).

## `longitude` (type: `number`):

Delivery location longitude. Examples: 77.6639 (HSR Layout, Bengaluru), 55.1403 (Dubai Marina).

## `pincode` (type: `string`):

India only: 6-digit PIN code of the delivery location. <b>Required for DMart, JioMart and Minutes (Flipkart Minutes)</b>; also used for Croma and Reliance Digital pricing. Optional for the other Indian platforms. Leave empty for the UAE.

## `maxResultsPerPlatform` (type: `integer`):

Search mode only: keep at most this many products per platform and query, in the platform's own ranking order. Search is charged per result, so this also caps the cost.
