## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters

Get every open job from company career pages in one clean, consistent format. Paste the careers URLs of the companies you track and get title, department, team, location, remote flag, salary (where published), posting date, apply link and the full description as plain text.

The data comes from the official public job board APIs of the applicant tracking systems, the same feeds that power the companies' own career pages. No browser, no login, no proxies needed, so runs are fast (six companies with 1,000+ open jobs in total took under 6 seconds in our tests) and stable.

### Supported platforms

| Platform | Careers URL example | Or write |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Greenhouse | `https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb` | `greenhouse:airbnb` |
| Lever (US and EU) | `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir` | `lever:palantir` |
| Ashby | `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp` | `ashby:ramp` |
| Workable | `https://apply.workable.com/huggingface` | `workable:huggingface` |
| Recruitee | `https://bunq.recruitee.com` | `recruitee:bunq` |
| SmartRecruiters | `https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/Ubisoft2` | `smartrecruiters:Ubisoft2` |

### What people use it for

- **Job boards and aggregators**: keep listings fresh from hundreds of company boards with one schema.
- **Sales and recruiting intelligence**: hiring is a buying signal. Track which teams your target accounts are growing.
- **Job seekers and newsletters**: daily digest of new roles at the companies you care about (schedule it with *Posted within* = 1 day).
- **Salary research**: Ashby, Lever and Recruitee postings often publish salary ranges.
- **AI agents**: a fast, structured source of current openings.

### Input

```json
{
    "companies": ["https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp", "https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb", "lever:palantir"],
    "titleKeywords": ["engineer", "data"],
    "locations": ["New York", "Remote"],
    "postedWithinDays": 30,
    "includeDescription": true
}
```

All filters are optional: title keywords and locations match if any of the words appear (case-insensitive), *Remote jobs only* keeps remote roles, *Posted within* keeps recent ones, and *Max jobs per company* caps the output.

### Output

One row per job, the same fields for every platform:

```json
{
    "input": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp",
    "platform": "ashby",
    "company": "ramp",
    "companyName": null,
    "jobId": "34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245",
    "title": "Security Engineer, Cloud",
    "department": "Engineering",
    "team": "Backend",
    "location": "New York, NY (HQ)",
    "locations": [
        "New York, NY (HQ)",
        "Remote (Canada)",
        "Remote (US)",
        "Miami, FL"
    ],
    "country": "USA",
    "remote": true,
    "workplaceType": "Hybrid",
    "employmentType": "FullTime",
    "salaryMin": 211400,
    "salaryMax": 290600,
    "salaryCurrency": "USD",
    "salaryPeriod": "1 YEAR",
    "salaryText": "$211.4K – $290.6K • Offers Equity",
    "postedAt": "2026-04-07T17:12:35+00:00",
    "updatedAt": null,
    "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245",
    "applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245/application",
    "description": "ABOUT RAMP\n\nRamp is building the smart infrastructure for...",
    "scrapedAt": "2026-11-01T09:34:02+00:00"
}
```

Fields a platform does not publish are `null` (for example Greenhouse does not publish salaries or a remote flag). Companies that cannot be found are listed with an `error` field and are not charged.

### Pricing

$1.00 per 1,000 jobs. No extra charge for descriptions, filters or the number of companies.

### Tips

- The company identifier is the part of the careers URL after the platform domain: `boards.greenhouse.io/`**airbnb**.
- Many company websites embed one of these boards. If a careers page shows "Powered by Greenhouse" or links to `jobs.lever.co`, use that board URL.
- To get only new jobs every day, schedule the Actor with *Posted within (days)* = 1 and connect an integration (Slack, email, Google Sheets, webhook).

### Disclaimer

This Actor is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee or SmartRecruiters. It only collects publicly available data; make sure your use complies with the applicable terms and laws.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line: a careers URL such as https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb, https://jobs.lever.co/palantir, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp, https://apply.workable.com/huggingface, https://bunq.recruitee.com or https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/Ubisoft2, or "platform:company" such as "greenhouse:airbnb".

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Only jobs whose title contains any of these words (case-insensitive), for example "engineer" or "sales". Leave empty for all jobs.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Only jobs whose location contains any of these texts, for example "London", "Germany" or "Remote".

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only jobs marked as remote or with "remote" in the location.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):
