- `registers` defaults to all three; EIOPA is skipped when the selected entity types exclude it (saves ~58 MB of proxy traffic).
- Block messages in the run summary are now in English and mention the proxy retry.
- Input, README, title and descriptions restored to full coverage (MiCA + PSD2 + insurance).
