- **Input schema deployed for the first time** — The `.actor/input_schema.json` (7 fields,
  42-country enum) and `.actor/actor.json` were present in the local repo since WS2 but were
  never pushed to Apify due to the push script's dotdir exclusion (`p.startswith('.')` filtering
  out `.actor/`). Build `inputSchema` was `None` on all prior builds. Fixed the push tooling
  (`DOTDIR_ALLOW = {'.actor'}`) so that `.actor/` is included in every future `PUT sourceFiles`.
  Console now renders the structured input form instead of raw JSON.

#### Note — correction of record

- Delivery docs WS1 through WS2.b referenced an input schema as if it existed on Apify. It did
  not — `build.inputSchema` was `None` on every build up to 0.2.36. This is corrected as of 0.2.37.

- **Norway BEV §6-8 (Merverdiavgiftsloven) partial exemption** — Electric vehicles (BEV) priced
  above the NOK 300,000 threshold (effective 2026-01-01, per Skatteetaten) cannot have their
  exact VAT split reconstructed from source data. Affected rows now carry:
  `tax_calculation_status=partial`, `tax_calculation_method=no_bev_partial_exemption`,
  `price_ex_vat=null`, `vat_amount_current=null`, `vat_rate=0.25` (statutory),
  `tax_calculation_warning=no_bev_vat_threshold_not_reconstructable_from_source`.
  Non-BEV rows in NO are unaffected (`complete`, `statutory_vat_registration_tax_isolated`).
- **`market_reference.json` → v1.3.0** — `vat_relief` block added for NO.
- **42-config regression gate** — canonical regression count is now 42 configurations, not 39 markets.

- Input schema `countries` enum description updated to document BE/CH language variants explicitly.
