## Pricing

from $1.30 / 1,000 dutch products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Albert Heijn Scraper: Netherlands & Belgium Prices

Get Albert Heijn's prices for the Netherlands and Belgium as clean JSON: price, bonus deal with its dates, old price, price per kg, Nutri-Score, brand and category. Read the whole catalogue, chosen categories or a search, and add EANs, ingredients, allergens and nutrition when you need them. No login, no proxy to configure.

### Two countries, real local prices

Albert Heijn runs a separate shop for each country, with its own range and prices. AH Komkommer is not the same price in both, and each row says which country it belongs to, so you can compare them directly. The same product keeps the same `productId` in both.

### What you get

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `name`, `brand`, `packSize` | AH Snoepgroente komkommer, AH, 230 g |
| `price`, `currency` | 1.69, EUR |
| `wasPrice`, `discountPercent` | 5.96, 10 |
| `promotionLabel`, `promotionStart`, `promotionEnd` | 3 voor 5.00, 2026-10-26, 2026-11-01 |
| `upcoming`, `upcomingPrice` | true, 0.39 |
| `unitPrice`, `unitOfMeasure` | 7.35, kg |
| `nutriScore`, `category`, `subcategory`, `labels` | A, Groente, aardappelen, Komkommer, vegan |
| `availableOnline`, `orderable`, `ageRestricted` | true, true, false |
| `image`, `url`, `country` | |

With **Include EAN, ingredients, allergens and nutrition** on, each row also has `ean`, `ingredients`, `allergens`, `mayContain`, `nutritionPer` and `nutrition`.

### Next week's bonus, before it starts

Albert Heijn publishes the coming bonus days ahead. Those rows keep today's `price` and add `upcoming: true`, `upcomingPrice` and the start date, so you can see a deal coming without mistaking it for today's price.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Countries | Netherlands, Belgium, or both. Default: Netherlands. |
| Categories | Names such as Vlees, ids, or page URLs. |
| Search terms | Albert Heijn's own search. |
| Bonus only | Only products on a bonus deal, running now or starting soon. |
| Include EAN, ingredients, allergens and nutrition | Reads each product's full record too, at about 3 products a second. |
| Max products | Per country, category or search term. Default 100; enter a higher number such as 100000 for everything. |

```json
{ "countries": ["NL", "BE"], "searchTerms": ["koffie"], "includeDetails": true, "maxItems": 200 }
```

### How the prices work

`price` is what one pack costs today. On a bonus price, `wasPrice` holds the normal price, and the bonus price is the one Albert Heijn gives with its free Bonuskaart. On a deal across several packs, such as "3 voor 5.00", or a price per weight, such as "100 GRAM VOOR 1.89", `price` stays the price of one pack and the deal is in `promotionLabel`. A discount the deal says needs a store card is in `memberPrice`.

### Pricing

Pay per product, with no monthly fee, and a separate rate for Dutch and Belgian rows. You pay only for the rows you receive.

# Actor input Schema

## `countries` (type: `array`):

Which Albert Heijn shops to read. Each has its own range and its own prices. Pick both to compare them in one run.

## `categories` (type: `array`):

Category names, ids or page URLs, such as Vlees or https://www.ah.nl/producten/6401/groente-aardappelen. Ids differ per country; names are the safest. Leave empty, with no search terms, for the whole catalogue.

## `searchTerms` (type: `array`):

Only products Albert Heijn's own search finds for these terms (e.g. koffie, melk).

## `bonusOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only products on a bonus deal, running now or starting soon. Coming deals have upcoming: true.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Reads each product's full record as well. A run takes longer, at about 3 products a second.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many products for each country, category or search term. Default 100; enter a higher number such as 100000 for everything.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "countries": [
    "NL"
  ],
  "bonusOnly": false,
  "includeDetails": false,
  "maxItems": 100
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `products` (type: `string`):

One row per product: EAN, name, brand, price, member price, promotion, unit price, nutrition and stock.
