## Pricing

from $1.30 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Carrefour Scraper | French Grocery Prices, EANs & Promos

Scrape **Carrefour France** (carrefour.fr) as clean structured JSON. Give it search terms or rayons and get one row per product, with its EAN barcode, brand, price, price per kg or litre and promotion. No login, no account.

Prices are Carrefour's **national** prices.

### What you get

One row per product:

| Field | Example |
|-------|---------|
| `name` | LAVAZZA Café en Grains Tales of Napoli Intensité 9/10 LAVAZZA |
| `brand` | LAVAZZA |
| `productId` | 8000070083882 (the product's EAN barcode) |
| `price` | 11.49 |
| `wasPrice` | the old price, when a crossed-out price is shown |
| `unitPrice` | 25.53 € / kg |
| `promo`, `promoLabel` | whether the product is on promotion, and its sticker text |
| `image` | https://media.carrefour.fr/media/referential/media/.../08000070083882_A1N1_s02.png |
| `productPage` | https://www.carrefour.fr/p/cafe-en-grains-tales-of-napoli-intensite-9-10-lavazza-8000070083882 |
| `query`, `source` | the term or rayon the row came from |

The EAN lets you join Carrefour prices to any other retailer's data.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|-------|--------------|
| `searchQueries` | Search terms, e.g. `["cafe", "lait"]`. |
| `rayons` | Rayon paths or URLs, e.g. `["/r/epicerie-sucree/chocolats"]`. |
| `maxItemsPerQuery` | Stop after this many products per term or rayon. Leave empty for 100; set `100000` for everything it returns. |
| `maxPages` | Pages to read per term or rayon, 60 by default, about 1,800 products. Raise it for the largest aisles; the run's status message tells you when a list holds more. |

Provide at least one of `searchQueries` or `rayons`.

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["cafe"],
  "rayons": ["/r/epicerie-sucree/chocolats"],
  "maxItemsPerQuery": 500
}
```

### Output

Each run writes rows to the dataset. Export to JSON, CSV, Excel or the API. Every product appears once per term or rayon.

### Pricing

Pay per product. A run never reads more than its charge limit allows.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

Search terms, e.g. \["cafe", "lait"]. Each is scraped from https://www.carrefour.fr/s?q=<term>.

## `rayons` (type: `array`):

Rayon paths or URLs, e.g. \["/r/epicerie-sucree/chocolats"]. Browse https://www.carrefour.fr to find rayon URLs.

## `maxItemsPerQuery` (type: `integer`):

Stops at this many products per search query or rayon. Leave empty for 100. Enter a large number (e.g. 100000) to take everything a term or rayon returns.

## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):

Safety cap on how many result pages to walk per query or rayon.

## `proxyCountry` (type: `string`):

Country for the residential IP that clears Carrefour. Default FR (prices are the French site's).

{
  "searchQueries": [
    "cafe"
  ],
  "maxItemsPerQuery": 100,
