## Pricing

from $1.30 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Colruyt Scraper | Belgian Grocery Prices & Products

Scrape a whole **Colruyt** (Belgium or Luxembourg), **Okay** or **Bio-Planet** store's catalogue in one run: one row per
product with name, brand, **EAN barcodes**, **shelf price and unit price**, promo flag, pack size,
Nutri-Score, Eco-Score, country of origin and image, as clean JSON. Colruyt Group prices are **per
store**, so you choose the store and every row says which store it came from.

### What you get

- The full catalogue of a store (a run stops at 100 products unless you set a higher limit): about **12,900 products** at Colruyt, **11,000** at Colruyt Luxembourg, **7,400** at Okay and
  **4,500** at Bio-Planet.
- Per product: name, long name, brand, pack size, price, unit price and unit (kg, l, piece),
  **quantity prices** (an avocado at 1.29, or 0.698 each from 6), **promotions with their terms**
  (e.g. -25% from 2, or 1+1, with start and end dates), Colruyt's red-price marker, whether a price
  reacts to a competitor's promotion, the date the current price took effect, the retail
  **EAN-13** plus every barcode the shop lists, category, organic / new / frozen / sold-by-weight
  flags, Nutri-Score, Eco-Score, country of origin, sales channels and image.
- Or only what you need: **search terms** (the shop's own search) and **category ids**.
- Completeness is checked: each store's count is compared with the total the shop itself reports,
  and the run log shows both.

### Choosing a store

- **Know the store id?** Put it in **Store IDs** (e.g. `604` for Colruyt Halle).
- **Don't know it?** Put a city, postcode or store name in **Store search** and run. You get the
  matching stores with their ids and addresses, with no product charges. Copy the `storeId` you
  want into **Store IDs** and run again.

Every product row carries **storeName**, **storeAddress** and **storePostcode**.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|-------|--------------|
| `banner` | `colruyt`, `colruyt-lu` (Luxembourg), `okay` or `bioplanet`. |
| `storeIds` | Store ids to scrape, e.g. `604`. One or more, scraped in turn. |
| `storeSearch` | A city, postcode or store name to look up store ids, instead of scraping. |
| `searchTerms` | Optional: only products the shop's search finds for these terms. |
| `categoryIds` | Optional: only products in these categories (each row carries its `categoryId`). |
| `maxItemsPerStore` | Products per store (and per search term or category). Default 100; enter a higher number such as `100000` for everything. |
| `language` | `fr` or `nl` for product and category names. |
| `proxy` | Leave on Automatic: direct first, residential only if the shop refuses (residential is included in the price). |

### Example output

A real row (Bio-Planet Halle, 2026-10-29; `eans` shortened):

```json
  "language": "fr",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-29T22:02:38.008Z"
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$1.70 per 1,000 products**, Belgian residential connection included. Store
lookups via **Store search** charge no products, and nothing is charged when the shop refuses the
connection. Set a maximum cost per run and the scraper stops there, without reading pages it
cannot bill.

### Notes

- Prices are the shop's online prices for the chosen store, which Colruyt Group applies in store.
- `price` is the price of one item. Quantity deals do not change it: they are in `quantityPrice` and
  `promotions`, so you can see both.
- A run that gets no products at all from a store fails instead of returning an empty dataset, so a
  scheduled run tells you when something breaks.
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Colruyt Group. Colruyt, Okay and Bio-Planet are
  trademarks of their owners.

# Actor input Schema

## `banner` (type: `string`):

Which Colruyt Group shop to scrape. Prices and ranges differ per shop and per store.

## `storeIds` (type: `array`):

Store ids (e.g. 604 for Colruyt Halle). Prices are per store. Several stores are scraped in turn. Optional if you use Store search instead.

## `storeSearch` (type: `string`):

A city, postcode or store name. Run with this and no Store IDs to list matching stores with their ids and addresses (no product charges); then copy a storeId into Store IDs.

## `searchTerms` (type: `array`):

Only products matching these terms, as the shop's own search finds them (e.g. chocolat, koffie). Leave empty for the whole catalogue.

## `categoryIds` (type: `array`):

Only products in these categories (the shop's category id, e.g. 1684 for fresh vegetables on colruyt.be). Every product row carries its top category id.

## `maxItemsPerStore` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many products per store (and per search term or category). Default 100, so a first run is quick and cheap. For everything, enter a higher number such as 100000 (about 12,900 per Colruyt store, 7,400 per Okay, 4,500 per Bio-Planet).

## `language` (type: `string`):

Language of product and category names.

## `proxy` (type: `string`):

Automatic tries a direct connection first and switches to a Belgian residential IP only if the shop refuses it (Colruyt and Okay usually do). Residential traffic is included in the price.

## `pageSize` (type: `integer`):

Products per gateway request. Leave the default.

```
# Actor output Schema
