### New Apple App Store feedback without duplicate reviews

Apple App Store Review Monitor and Alerts turns public App Store customer-review feeds into a persistent, deduplicated alert stream. It is intended for mobile product teams, support operations, reputation monitoring, competitor research, and agencies that need new feedback without downloading the same recent reviews on every scheduled run.

Configure up to 20 numeric Apple app IDs, a two-letter Store country, a maximum star rating, and a stable `monitorId`. The Actor reads Apple’s public review feed, normalizes review ID, title, body, rating, author label, app version, publication time, country, and public app URL. Only reviews at or below the selected rating are candidates for delivery.

### Persistent monitoring

The monitor retains a bounded list of delivered review IDs in limited-permission named key-value storage. Repeated reviews are suppressed, while newly observed matching reviews become alerts. Different monitor IDs keep independent histories for separate products, clients, countries, or competitor groups.

`previewOnly=true` is the default. Preview mode validates the source, filters reviews, and reports likely new volume without charging events or advancing state. This lets buyers verify app IDs and rating filters before enabling a schedule. Source failures are explicit; one unavailable app does not erase successful results from the other configured apps, while an all-source failure stops the run visibly.

### Output

Each review alert includes the stable review ID, app ID, country, rating, title, review text, public author label, app version, review timestamp, and App Store URL. The `alerts` dataset view is compact enough for customer-support queues, Slack or email webhooks, product dashboards, and longitudinal feedback analysis.

### Pricing

Pricing is **Pay per event + usage** with **no start fee**. Each delivered unseen review uses event `new_apple_app_review_alert` at **$0.005**. Duplicate reviews are not billed as new alerts. Apify platform usage is charged separately to the runner according to normal compute and storage rules. Preview mode emits no paid custom event.

Only public review information is processed. Users remain responsible for lawful usage and appropriate handling of public author labels and review content. Feed availability and coverage are controlled by Apple and may vary by country or app.
