## Pricing

from $10.00 / 1,000 annual accounts statements

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Estonia Annual Accounts - e-Business Register Financials (Majandusaasta aruanne)

Get the filed annual accounts (majandusaasta aruanne) of Estonian companies by registry code. One row per company and fiscal year, with revenue, operating profit, net profit, total assets, equity and liabilities as clean JSON. The Actor reads the official open data of the Estonian e-Business Register (Äriregister). No API key, no proxy, no setup.

### What you get

- Revenue, operating profit, profit before tax, net profit
- Total assets, fixed assets, current assets, cash
- Equity, share capital, long-term and short-term liabilities, total liabilities
- Average number of employees (full-time equivalent) when the company reports it
- Company name, legal form, fiscal period, filing date and reporting category (micro, small, medium, large)
- Up to 3 most recent fiscal years per company, in EUR
- A `_parseQuality` flag per row: `verified` when the balance sheet adds up, `partial` when it adds up but revenue, profit or equity was not filed, `unverified` when the figures do not reconcile

Small companies file short statements, so some lines can be missing. Missing figures are always `null`, never `0`. Total liabilities is the sum of short-term and long-term liabilities (listed in `_derived`); a micro filer that reports no long-term liabilities counts as 0 on that side, and the balance check confirms or rejects the sum.

### How to use it

1. Paste one or more registry codes (registrikood, 8 digits, up to 1,000 per run).
2. Choose how many fiscal years you want per company (1 to 3).
3. Run it and download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the API.

### How long a run takes

The register publishes its annual accounts as large yearly open-data files, not as a per-company lookup. Every run downloads and reads those files once, so a run takes about 2 minutes for the latest year (about 5 minutes for 3 years) whatever the number of companies, whether you ask for 1 or 1,000. Batching all your companies into one run is the efficient way to use this Actor: one company per run costs the same time and platform usage as a full list.

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| `companyIds` | list of strings | `["10000018"]` | Estonian registry codes. Codes that are not 8 digits are returned as `invalid_id` failure rows. A leading `EE` and spaces are accepted. |
| `years` | integer 1-3 | `1` | Most recent fiscal years per company. |

```json
{
  "companyIds": ["10000018", "10000026"],
  "years": 2
}
```

### Example output

One row for registry code 10000018, fiscal year 2025 (shortened):

```json
{
  "country": "EE",
  "companyName": "Amserv Auto Osaühing",
    "netProfit": 1315661,
    "totalAssets": 27521799,
    "fixedAssets": 14170445,
  "_parseQuality": "verified",
  "_derived": ["totalLiabilities", "totalLiabilitiesAndEquity"],
  "_valueUnit": "units",
  "success": true
}
```

Figures are in whole euros, as filed.

### Output fields

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `country`, `companyId` | `EE` and the registry code |
| `companyName`, `legalForm` | Registered name and legal form |
| `year`, `periodStart`, `periodEnd` | Fiscal year and the exact period |
| `statementType` | Always `individual`. For a company that files only a consolidated report, the row shows the company's own (unconsolidated) statements; group figures are not returned. |
| `currency`, `accountingStandard` | `EUR` and the reporting category the company filed under |
| `financials.*` | Revenue, operating profit, profit before tax, net profit, total / fixed / current assets, cash, equity, share capital, long-term and short-term liabilities, total liabilities, total liabilities and equity, employees. `null` when not filed. |
| `financials.previousYear` | Always `null`. Each year is its own row. |
| `filingDate` | Date the report was filed with the register |
| `sourceUrl` | The register page of the company |
| `_parseQuality`, `_balanceChecks`, `_derived` | Balance-sheet checks, the resulting quality flag and which figures were calculated |
| `success`, `error` | Failure rows have `success: false` and one of `invalid_id`, `not_found`, `no_filings`, `source_unavailable` |

Gross profit is not reported in the open data and is always `null`. If a company corrected its report, the latest filing for that year is used.

### Pricing

Pay per event plus platform usage. You are charged **one "Annual accounts statement" event per successful row** (one company, one fiscal year). Companies that are not found, have no filed accounts or have an invalid code are returned as failure rows and are not charged.

| Plan | Price per statement |
|---|---|
| Free | $0.02 |
| Bronze | $0.015 |
| Silver | $0.012 |
| Gold | $0.01 |

A small actor-start fee applies to each run. Platform usage is billed to you by Apify; a run uses 512 MB for about 2 minutes (about 5 minutes for 3 years), roughly $0.003-0.011 of platform usage per run. If you set a maximum cost per run, the Actor stops cleanly when the limit is reached and says so in the run status message.

### Good to know

- Only companies that file an annual report with the register appear. The open data covers reports from 2019 onwards.
- The most recent year may not be available until the company has filed it. The files are refreshed by the register every month.
- Non-profit associations and foundations use a different statement layout; their rows are returned with the figures that exist and are flagged `unverified` or `partial`.
- The actor fetches the register's files one at a time and slowly, on purpose. When the register asks it to slow down, a run can take a little longer.
- Failure rows are returned for every input that produced no data, so the output always accounts for every code you sent, unless the run stops at your spending limit.
