## Pricing

from $10.00 / 1,000 annual accounts statements

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Norway Annual Accounts - Brønnøysund Financial Statements

Get the filed annual accounts (årsregnskap) of Norwegian companies by organisation number. One row per company and fiscal year, with revenue, operating profit, net profit, total assets, equity and liabilities as clean JSON. The Actor reads the official Brønnøysund Register Centre open data. No API key, no proxy, no setup.

### What you get

- Revenue, operating profit, profit before tax, net profit
- Total assets, fixed assets, current assets, cash
- Equity, long-term and short-term liabilities, total liabilities
- Company name, legal form, fiscal period, currency and accounting rules as filed
- Individual company accounts, and group (consolidated) accounts on request
- Up to 3 most recent fiscal years per company
- A `_parseQuality` flag per row: `verified` when the balance sheet adds up, `partial` when it adds up but revenue, profit or equity was not filed, `unverified` when the figures do not reconcile

Small companies that file abbreviated accounts often have no revenue line. They come back as `partial` with `revenue: null`, not as an error. Missing figures are always `null`, never `0`.

### How to use it

1. Paste one or more organisation numbers (9 digits, spaces allowed, up to 1,000 per run).
2. Choose how many fiscal years you want per company (1 to 3).
3. Switch on group accounts if you need them.
4. Run it and download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the API.

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| `companyIds` | list of strings | `["923609016"]` | Norwegian organisation numbers. Numbers with a wrong check digit are returned as `invalid_id` failure rows. |
| `years` | integer 1-3 | `1` | Most recent fiscal years per company and statement type. |
| `includeConsolidated` | boolean | `false` | Also return group accounts. Each group statement is an extra row. |

```json
{
  "companyIds": ["923609016", "998995574"],
  "years": 2,
  "includeConsolidated": false
}
```

### Example output

One row for EQUINOR ASA, fiscal year 2025 (shortened):

```json
{
  "country": "NO",
  "_parseQuality": "verified",
  "_valueUnit": "units",
  "success": true
}
```

Figures are in whole currency units, in the currency the company filed in (usually NOK, some companies file in USD or EUR).

### Output fields

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `country`, `companyId` | `NO` and the organisation number |
| `companyName`, `legalForm` | Registered name and legal form |
| `year`, `periodStart`, `periodEnd` | Fiscal year (the year the period ends) and the exact period |
| `statementType` | `individual` or `consolidated` |
| `currency`, `accountingStandard` | Filing currency and accounting rules as reported |
| `financials.*` | Revenue, gross profit, operating profit, profit before tax, net profit, total / fixed / current assets, cash, equity, share capital, long-term and short-term liabilities, total liabilities, total liabilities and equity, employees. `null` when not filed or not provided by the register. |
| `financials.previousYear` | Always `null`. Each year is its own row. |
| `filingDate` | `null`. The register does not publish it. |
| `sourceUrl` | The official register record the row came from |
| `_parseQuality`, `_balanceChecks` | Balance-sheet checks and the resulting quality flag |
| `success`, `error` | Failure rows have `success: false` and one of `invalid_id`, `not_found`, `no_filings`, `source_unavailable` |

Gross profit, share capital and employee count are not part of the register's open data, so they are always `null`.

### Pricing

Pay per event plus platform usage. You are charged **one "Annual accounts statement" event per successful row** (one company, one fiscal year, one statement type). Companies that are not found, have no filed accounts or have an invalid number are returned as failure rows and are not charged.

| Plan | Price per statement |
|---|---|
| Free | $0.02 |
| Bronze | $0.015 |
| Silver | $0.012 |
| Gold | $0.01 |

A small actor-start fee applies to each run. Platform usage is billed to you by Apify and is minimal for this Actor (256 MB). If you set a maximum cost per run, the Actor stops cleanly when the limit is reached and says so in the run status message.

### Good to know

- Only companies that file with the Register of Company Accounts appear. Sole proprietorships and some small entities are not required to file.
- The most recent year may not be available until the company has filed it.
- Failure rows are returned for every input that produced no data, so the output always accounts for every number you sent, unless the run stops at your spending limit.

### Source and licence

Data comes from the official Brønnøysund Register Centre (Regnskapsregisteret and Enhetsregisteret) open data.

Contains data under the Norwegian licence for Open Government data (NLOD) made available by the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
