- Search by typing vehicles (`vehicles`, e.g. `Skoda Octavia`, `skoda`, `BMW Seria 3`) for cars, motorcycles and quads, or vans (`vehicleType`), with filters for condition, voivodeship, city, year, seller type, price and mileage. Spelling is matched against Otomoto's own catalog; a vehicle or a city Otomoto does not know is skipped and named in the run's status message instead of returning unrelated results. For vans only the make is matched.
- Every item carries `search`, the vehicle text or URL that found it.
- The run's status message and the `OUTPUT` record list each search, what it resolved to, how many listings Otomoto reports for it and how many were returned.

#### Changed

- `startUrls` ("Otomoto URLs") accepts plain URL strings as well as `{"url": ...}` objects. Existing API calls keep working unchanged.
- `maxRequests` ("Max results per search") now caps each vehicle search and each URL separately. Runs with one URL behave exactly as before.
- `startUrls` is no longer required: a run needs at least one vehicle or one URL.
- A search Otomoto has no vehicles for is not a skip: the `OUTPUT` record lists it with 0 listings reported, and when the whole run returns nothing the status message says "No vehicles found".

- A VIN that a seller types into the ad description ("VIN:", "numer VIN") is now
  replaced with `[id hidden]` (details add-on), for every seller type. The
  structured VIN was never extracted.
