- `location_match` on searches without filters: the site's "Outra localização" label only
  comes with most filters, so a plain location search ("Pinheiros, São Paulo", or its
  URL) and the new-development and recency filters shipped `null` on every home, and the
  market summary mixed the nearby padding in. Those homes now take the site's own
  per-home place match: `exact` in the searched neighbourhood (or city, for a city
  search), `nearby` otherwise; zone and street searches without filters stay `null`.
- **Exact location only** marks every home `exact`, as the price bands already did (on a
  city search the site's exact matches include its metropolitan area).
