## Yahoo Weather API Scraper

Fetch **current conditions** and the **multi-day forecast** for any location from Yahoo Weather's
private GraphQL API — reversed from the Yahoo Weather Android app
(`com.yahoo.mobile.client.android.weather`). No account, no API key: the only gating header is set
by the client.

### What it does

For each location you provide, the actor:

1. resolves the place (city name → coordinates + WOEID, or takes a lat/lon pair directly),
2. fetches current conditions and the daily/hourly forecast from the app's GraphQL gateway, and
3. pushes one dataset row.
