## Changelog

### 0.3 (2026-10-07)

- Optional mailbox check through MillionVerifier. Paste your own key in `millionVerifierApiKey`. Only addresses that pass the DNS checks are sent, once per unique address. Answers: `ok` (mailbox exists), `invalid`, `catch_all`, `unknown`.
- New output fields `mailboxCheck` (`none`, `millionverifier`, `smtp`), `mailboxResult`, `mailboxDetail` and `catchAll` (alias of `isCatchAll`). New reason `mailbox_unknown`, score 60.
- Lists of 1,000 or more addresses go to the vendor as one bulk file. Smaller lists are checked one by one. Failed answers leave the DNS-level result in place.
- A wrong key or an empty MillionVerifier account ends the run SUCCEEDED with a free help row (`INVALID_API_KEY`, `NO_MILLIONVERIFIER_CREDITS`).
- New event `email-mailbox-verified` ($0.003) added to the price list for a hosted mailbox check that is not switched on yet. It is charged only for `ok` and `invalid` answers on a hosted key, never on your own key. No run is charged it today. Tiers: Bronze -10 %, Silver -20 %, Gold -30 %.
- `emailsFileUrl` accepts an uploaded file as well as a link.
- The port 25 preflight now probes four large mail servers and saves the result in `SUMMARY` (`port25Probe`). Connection attempts get a fair share of the timeout instead of Node's 250 ms default.
- Your own SOCKS5 proxy check keeps priority over the MillionVerifier check.
- Re-tested on 2026-10-07: outbound port 25 is still blocked on Apify.

### 0.2 (2026-10-05)

- New `verdict` field: `deliverable`, `risky`, `undeliverable` or `unknown`.
- New `score` field, 0 to 100, from the checks that ran. DNS-level passes score at most 80.
- New dataset input: `datasetId` plus `emailField` reads addresses from another Actor run, for example a lead scraper. Lists, objects and dot paths work.
- Input simplified. Emails, file URL and dataset come first. SMTP settings moved to a collapsed "Bring your own SMTP proxy" section.
- Terminal status message with counts per verdict.
- Help rows for `DATASET_UNREADABLE` and `NO_EMAILS_FOUND` in a dataset.
- Listing renamed to "Email Validator & Verifier: Bulk MX & Disposable Check". README rewritten.
- Tiered prices for paid Apify plans: Bronze about 10 %, Silver about 20 %, Gold about 30 % off. Free plan price unchanged.

### 0.1 (2026-09-27)

- First public version: syntax, typo, MX, disposable, free provider and role checks.
- Optional SMTP mailbox and catch-all check through the user's own SOCKS5 proxy.
- CSV or text file input, duplicate removal, budget-safe billing.
