- First public version. Data comes only from the official HN Firebase API and the Algolia HN Search API. No HTML scraping, no keys.
- Modes: `search` (keywords, content types, author, dates, minimum points and comments, popularity or date order), `frontPage` (top, new, best, ask, show and job feeds with rank), `thread` (stories with comments, depth and per-story limits) and `whoIsHiring` (job posts of the monthly thread parsed into company, role, location, remote, visa, salary, employment type, links and tech keywords, with filters).
- Only-new monitoring (`onlyNew`, optional `stateKey`). State is kept in the named key-value store `hackernews-scraper-only-new`. Runs with nothing new end SUCCEEDED with an empty dataset.
- Pay per event: start $0.001, `item` $0.0005 and `job-post` $0.001 on the Free plan, with Bronze, Silver and Gold tier prices.
- Invalid input, empty results and missing items end SUCCEEDED with one free help row.
- Job posts: e-mail addresses are redacted in `text` and `header`. Only the domain is kept in `applyEmailDomain`.
