## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Chaves na Mão Scraper

Extract property listings from [Chaves na Mão](https://www.chavesnamao.com.br), a major Brazilian real estate portal, and export them to JSON, CSV or Excel: price, condo fee, IPTU, useful and total area, bedrooms, suites, bathrooms, parking, address, neighborhood, ZIP code and coordinates.

Works with any search on the site: for sale or for rent, any city, property type and filter. Paste a search URL or just enter a state and city.

### What data you get

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `price`, `priceMax` | 500000 (`priceMax` for new developments with a price range) |
| `condoFee`, `iptu` (property tax) | 592, 80 |
| `area`, `totalArea` (m²) | 62 |
| `bedrooms` / `suites` / `bathrooms` / `parkingSpaces` | 3 / 1 / 2 / 1 |
| `street`, `streetNumber`, `zipCode` | Avenida Celso Garcia, 1907 |
| `neighborhood`, `city`, `state` | Belenzinho, São Paulo, SP |
| `latitude`, `longitude` | when the listing appears on the search map |
| `operation` | `venda` (sale) / `aluguel` (rent) |
| `isLaunch`, `launchStatus` | new developments (e.g. "Na planta" = off-plan) |
| `petFriendly`, `acceptsTrade` | pets allowed, accepts property swap |
| `amenities` | unit and building amenities |
| `coverImage` | cover photo |
| `title`, `description`, `url`, `id` | |

No personal contact data (advertiser name, phone or WhatsApp) is collected.

### Use cases

- Price per m² by neighborhood
- Tracking new listings and price changes
- Market research for real estate agencies, developers and investors
- Training data for property valuation models

### How to use

**Option 1: search URL.** Paste URLs such as:

```
https://www.chavesnamao.com.br/apartamentos-a-venda/sp-sao-paulo/
https://www.chavesnamao.com.br/casas-para-alugar/rj-rio-de-janeiro/
```

**Option 2: simple search.** Leave the URLs empty and fill in operation, property type, state (UF) and city.

Each page has about 15 listings. The site limits request speed, so the Actor collects at a moderate pace to avoid being blocked.

### Output example

```json
{
  "id": "29817557",
  "url": "https://www.chavesnamao.com.br/imovel/apartamento-a-venda-3-quartos-com-garagem-sp-sao-paulo-belenzinho-RS500000/id-29817557/",
  "operation": "venda",
  "isLaunch": false,
  "propertyType": "Apartamento",
  "price": 500000,
  "condoFee": 592,
  "iptu": 80,
  "area": 62,
  "bedrooms": 3,
  "bathrooms": 2,
  "parkingSpaces": 1,
  "street": "Avenida Celso Garcia",
  "neighborhood": "Belenzinho",
  "city": "São Paulo",
  "state": "SP",
  "latitude": -23.5352032,
  "longitude": -46.5928532
}
```

### Pricing

You pay per listing extracted. Set a spending limit on the run and the Actor stops by itself when it reaches it.

### FAQ

**Is the data in Portuguese?** Prices and numbers are plain numbers. Titles, descriptions, property types and place names keep the original Portuguese text from the site.

**Why are coordinates missing for some listings?** The site only sends coordinates for listings shown on the search map.

**Something broke or a field is missing?** Open an issue in the Issues tab. The Actor is tested against the live site every day.
