## Pricing

from $2.03 / 1,000 seller profiles

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Whatnot Seller Scraper

**Whatnot Seller Scraper** turns a list of [Whatnot](https://www.whatnot.com) usernames into seller intelligence: profile and rating breakdown, current marketplace inventory, written reviews and live or scheduled shows, one dataset row per record. It calls the same GraphQL API the Whatnot mobile app uses for a signed-out user, so no account, app or device is needed.

Spun off from the [Whatnot All-in-One API](https://github.com/RomySaputraSihananda/whatnot-all-in-one-api) for teams that want a run-and-export dataset per seller list rather than a live REST API.

### Why use this Actor?

- **Seller due diligence** — rating (overall, shipping, packaging, accuracy), review count, sold count, followers, verification and Premier Shop status for every seller you are evaluating.
- **Reputation monitoring** — pull every written review with rating, text, date and the seller's reply; filter to low or high stars with `minRating`.
- **Inventory tracking** — export a seller's current listings (price, format, quantity, images) filtered by format and price range.
- **Live-commerce scouting** — see which of your sellers are live or have a scheduled show, with viewers and start time.

### How to use Whatnot Seller Scraper

1. Add usernames (or profile URLs) to **Seller usernames**.
2. Switch on the record types you want: profile (on by default), inventory, reviews, shows.
3. Run the Actor and download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Input

| Field                                             | Description                                                                                                       |

| `maxListingsPerSeller` (default 100) | Stop after this many listings per seller. |
| `buyingFormat`, `minPrice`, `maxPrice`            | Listing filters: `BUY_IT_NOW` or `LIVESTREAM_AUCTION`; price range in major units (e.g. dollars).                 |
| `listingSort`                                     | `price_asc`, `price_desc`, `newest` or `oldest`.                                                                  |

| `maxReviewsPerSeller` (default 100), `minRating` | Stop after this many reviews per seller; only reviews with an overall rating of at least `minRating` stars (1-5). |
| `includeReviewers` (default off) | Also return reviewer username, id and photo (personal data). |
| `includeShows` (default off), `maxShowsPerSeller` | One `livestream` row per show that is live now or scheduled. |

### Output

Every row has `recordType` (`seller`, `listing`, `review` or `livestream`) and `sellerUsername`.

```json
{
    "recordType": "seller",
    "sellerUsername": "attamus",
    "found": true,
    "username": "attamus",
    "sellerRating": {
        "overall": 5,
        "numReviews": 28872
    },
    "soldCount": 149834,
    "followerCount": 175224,
    "isVerifiedSeller": false
}
```

```json
{
    "recordType": "listing",
    "sellerUsername": "attamus",
    "id": "TGlzdGluZ05vZGU6MTg1OTIzNDA2Ng==",
    "numericId": 1859234066,
    "title": "Old Navy 500 Units",
    "price": {
        "amountMinor": 170000,
        "currency": "USD"
    },
    "transactionType": "BUY_IT_NOW",
    "listingStatus": "active"
}
```

- **Money** is `{ amountMinor, currency }` in minor units of the seller's own currency (e.g. 44000 USD = $440.00).
- **Unknown or banned usernames** produce a `seller` row with `found: false` and are not billed. A per-seller upstream failure produces the same row with an `error` message instead of stopping the run.
- **Personal data** (reviewer identities, seller bio, display name, images) is off by default.

### What is not available

Whatnot only serves the following to logged-in users or redacts it for everyone: sold prices and bid history, follower/following lists, seller leaderboards and past shows. Sellers who sell only live have no marketplace inventory. This Actor does not offer any of these.

### Pricing / Cost estimation

Billed **pay-per-event**: one `seller` event per seller profile row, one `listing`, `review` or `livestream` event per row of that type, plus a flat start event per run. `found: false` rows are free. Set `max*PerSeller` to bound the cost of a run.
