- First release: Brazilian companies from the CNPJ register of the Receita Federal, by a list of CNPJ numbers (up to 10,000 per run) or by a search on state, CNAE activity (main or any), city (IBGE code), legal nature and opening date.
- 35 fields per company: legal name, trade name, status, main and secondary activities, legal nature, size, share capital, opening date, Simples Nacional option and dates, address with IBGE city code.
- Sole traders, MEI registrations and other legal natures whose name is a person are skipped and not charged (reported as excludedIndividual). Partners, representatives, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers are never read into a row.
- Sources: minhareceita.org first, api.opencnpj.org as a fallback for lookups when the first is down (three failures in a row open a 60-second breaker). robots.txt of each host is read before the first request.
- At least 150 ms between requests per host; the Retry-After wait of the search ("busca muito custosa", HTTP 429) is honoured and counted in the run summary.
- Count-only mode, only-new mode with a named memory, notification webhook, coverage record and run summary; charged per company delivered, never for skipped, duplicate or not-found records.
