- First release: US federal contract opportunities from the official SAM.gov Contract Opportunities extract (GSA data services), streamed, no API key.
- Filters: keywords and exclusions, NAICS, PSC, set-asides, notice types, agencies, states, dates, open notices, award date and amount, lookups by solicitation number or notice ID.
- 41 fields per notice; no contact names, e-mails or phone numbers (contact columns are never read; e-mails and phones inside descriptions are removed); awardee only for organisations and awards from 2022-04-04.
- Text repair: the extract mixes UTF-8 and Windows-1252 text; both are decoded correctly (no replacement characters). Names in Department of Defense signature stamps and bare ten-digit numbers next to removed e-mails are removed too.
- Names next to "Attn", "POC", a procurement role ("Contracting Officer: ...", "..., Contract Specialist") or a name label are removed from descriptions, titles and the place-of-performance street; phones glued to a ZIP code are removed from the street. A stray "Â" (lost no-break-space byte) is dropped.
- Count only, only new rows, webhook notification, charge cap, run summary and coverage report.
