- One flat row per notice: notice type with its name (Procurement Act 2023 UK1-UK17 and the older F-forms), stage, title, buyer organisation, CPV codes with labels, delivery regions as ITL codes, region names and nations, estimated and awarded values, deadlines, contract dates, lots, SME and VCSE suitability, links to the notice, the documents and the submission page.
- Award and contract notices: award and signature dates, awarded value, number of suppliers and their sizes; supplier names and Companies House numbers only for registered organisations, never for possible sole traders. No contact points, tenderers or bids; e-mail addresses and phone numbers removed from descriptions.
- Filters: keywords and exclusions, CPV, region or nation, stage, dates, open for tenders only, value range, SME suitability, buyer name, notice type, portal; lookup of Find a Tender notices by ID.
- Standard Rowcraft automation: free count before you pay (`countOnly`), only new rows since the last run (`onlyNew`, `stateName`), end-of-run notification (`notifyUrl`), charge cap respected, stop with the summary saved 90 seconds before the run timeout, one request per second and at least 3 seconds between Find a Tender requests, waits when a portal asks to (HTTP 429 with Retry-After).
