## Pricing

from $0.90 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## AliExpress Search Scraper — exact orders, smart filters, $1.50 / 1,000 products

Scrape AliExpress **search results and category pages** by keyword or URL and get clean, ready-to-use product data:
title, price, original price, discount, rating, **exact number of orders**, ships-from country, delivery estimate, all images and the real product link.

Made for **dropshippers, product researchers, price-monitoring tools and AI agents** who need fast, reliable AliExpress data at the lowest price.

### Why it's different

| | This scraper | Typical AliExpress search scrapers |
|---|---|---|
| Price | **$0.90 – $1.50 / 1,000 products** | $2 – $9 / 1,000 |
| Products per keyword | **up to 6,000** (60 pages) | some capped at 200 |
| Exact order count (not "10,000+") | ✅ when AliExpress exposes it | ❌ rounded text |
| Filters: min rating, min orders, free shipping, Choice, ships-from country, no ads | ✅ | partial |
| You pay for filtered-out products | ❌ never | — |
| Any ship-to country & currency | ✅ | rarely |
| Keywords scraped in parallel | ✅ | ❌ |
| Real product ID & working link | ✅ | sometimes internal IDs |

```
### How to use
1. Enter **search keywords** (one per line) and/or paste **AliExpress search or category URLs**.
2. Set **Max products per keyword/URL**.
3. Optional: sort by **Orders** for best sellers, add filters (min rating, min orders, free shipping, ships-from country, exclude ads), choose ship-to country and currency.
4. Click **Start**. Export to JSON, CSV, Excel, or use the API / integrations (Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets).
### Input
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `searchQueries` | Keywords, e.g. `wireless earbuds`, `phone holder car` |
| `startUrls` | AliExpress search or category URLs (URL filters are kept) |
| `maxItems` | Max products per keyword/URL (default 100, up to 6,000) |
| `sort` | `default`, `orders`, `price_asc`, `price_desc` |
| `minPrice` / `maxPrice` | Price range in the chosen currency |
| `minRating` | e.g. `4.5` |
| `minOrders` | e.g. `1000` (uses exact orders when available) |
| `freeShippingOnly` | AliExpress's Free shipping filter |
| `choiceOnly` | AliExpress Choice products only |
| `excludeAds` | Remove sponsored listings |
| `shipFromCountry` | e.g. `US`, `ES`, `FR` for local warehouses |
| `shipTo` / `currency` | Default `US` / `USD` |
| `maxScanPages` | With filters, max pages scanned per keyword (default 15) |
| `maxConcurrency` | Keywords scraped in parallel (default 3) |
### Pricing
**$1.50 per 1,000 products** on the free plan, cheaper on paid Apify plans:
| Apify plan | Price per 1,000 products |
|---|---|
| Free | $1.50 |
| Bronze | $1.30 |
| Silver | $1.10 |
| Gold and above | $0.90 |
Products removed by your filters are **not charged**. No platform usage fees on top.
Example: 10 keywords × 100 products = 1,000 products = **$1.50**.
### Use cases
- **Find winning products**: sort by orders, keep rating ≥ 4.7 and orders ≥ 1,000 (sorting by orders makes filtered searches fast — the scraper stops as soon as products fall below your minimum).
- **Local warehouses**: `shipFromCountry: "US"` to find fast-shipping products for US stores.
- **Price monitoring**: schedule daily runs and track price and discount changes.
- **AI agents & databases**: feed live AliExpress catalog data into your tools.
### FAQ
**Is `orders` always present?** No. AliExpress includes the exact count for part of the results (often most of them, sometimes none, depending on country and search). When missing, `soldCount` uses the number shown by AliExpress ("10,000+").
**What is `priceType: new_user_deal`?** Some items show special welcome prices for new AliExpress shoppers. We return them and flag them so you can filter them out.
**Does it scrape product pages (variants, seller, reviews)?** Not yet — this Actor focuses on fast, cheap search and category data. A product-details Actor is coming.
**A category URL returns no results?** Category IDs can differ by ship-to country (AliExpress has regional catalogs). Use a keyword or a category URL taken from the same country.
**Is it legal?** It collects publicly available product data only. Use it in line with AliExpress terms and the laws that apply to you.
Missing a field or filter? Open an issue on the Actor page — we usually ship requested fields within days.
