## Pricing

from $12.00 / 1,000 hotel with booking-site prices

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Google Hotels Prices – Booking Sites, Dates, Price Calendar

Get **hotel prices from Google Hotels** for any city and dates — and, for every hotel, the **prices of every booking site** (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, the hotel's official site…) plus an optional **~2‑month price calendar**.

Many destinations and hotels in one run. Data comes from a licensed Google data provider: no blocks, no residential proxies, any country, 30 currencies.

### Why this one

| | This Actor | Typical Google Hotels Actors |
|---|---|---|
| City search + booking-site prices in one run | ✅ | either a city list **or** one hotel per run |
| Hotels per run | as many as you want | often **one** |
| Every booking site with price, ad flag, official site, free-cancellation date | ✅ | partial |
| Price calendar (lowest nightly price per date, ~2 months) | ✅ | ❌ |
| Outside the US | ✅ no proxy setup | often needs residential proxies |
| Review topics (cleanliness, location, service…) | ✅ | ❌ |

### Input examples

Two cities, 3 nights, in euros:

```json
{ "searches": ["Barcelona", "Marrakech"], "checkIn": "2026-11-20", "nights": 3, "adults": 2, "currency": "EUR" }
```

Ambiguous names: add the country or state — `"Paris, France"`, `"Paris, Texas"`, `"London, Ontario"`. Areas work too: `"hotels near Eiffel Tower, Paris"`.

Monitor specific hotels (IDs from a previous run, or Google Hotels URLs) with a price calendar:

```json
{ "hotelIds": ["https://www.google.com/travel/hotels/entity/ChkI1N6v0cC4pfmpARoML2cvMTJxNHhyNHh0EAE"], "hotelsCountry": "France", "priceCalendar": true }
```

### Output example (real run, shortened)

```json
{
  "search": "Barcelona", "rank": 7, "searchCountry": "Spain",
  "name": "Casa Gràcia", "rating": 3.9, "reviewsCount": 3854,
  "pricePerNight": 72, "currency": "EUR", "checkIn": "2026-11-20", "checkOut": "2026-11-23", "adults": 2,
  "offersCount": 20, "lowestPrice": 68, "lowestPriceSite": "Booking.com",
  "offers": [
    { "site": "Booking.com", "price": 68, "isAd": false, "officialSite": false, "freeCancellationUntil": null },
    { "site": "Hostelworld", "price": 72, "isAd": true, "officialSite": false, "freeCancellationUntil": null }
  ],
  "priceCalendar": [{ "checkIn": "2026-11-20", "checkOut": "2026-11-21", "price": 73 }],
  "address": "…", "phone": "…", "googleHotelsUrl": "https://www.google.com/travel/hotels/entity/…"
}
```

Prices are **per night**, for the number of adults you set.

### Use cases

- **Hotels & revenue managers**: daily rate shopping against the competition and across booking sites (parity checks).
- **Travel agencies / OTAs / startups**: city-wide price feeds for your own search.
- **Analysts**: seasonality with the price calendar, market price levels by city and star rating.

Schedule it daily to build your own price history.

### Pricing

- **$0.02 per hotel with all booking-site prices** on the free plan, **$0.015** on Starter, down to **$0.012** on higher plans.
- **Price calendar**: +$0.005 per hotel (optional).
- **Hotels without booking-site prices** (`includeOffers: false`): $2 per 1,000.
- Failed lookups are not charged.

### Apify free plan

On the **Apify free plan** you get **one free trial run** (1 destination, booking-site prices for 3 hotels) with no setup. After that, add **your own DataForSEO API login** in the "Apify free plan" section (DataForSEO gives $1 of free credit at sign‑up), or use a paid Apify plan — no key needed and no limit. A blocked run stops immediately with a message and nothing is charged.

### Good to know

- Google shows about 18 hotels per page; `maxHotelsPerSearch` up to 140.
- Prices are Google's at the time of the run and change often.
- "Standard" speed takes about a minute per hotel (in parallel); "fast" takes seconds — same price for you.
