### Why this Actor exists

Most Pendle data tools return raw market rows. This Actor is built to be more decision-ready:

- Filters for stablecoin-like fixed-yield opportunities by default.
- Scores markets by liquidity, maturity, APY, Pendle prime status, and asset-risk bucket.
- Labels each market as `consider`, `watch`, or `avoid`.
- Includes warnings such as thin liquidity, long maturity, not-prime market, and unusually high APY.
- Outputs clean JSON/CSV-compatible rows for dashboards, bots, and research workflows.
