### Why this Actor exists

Most DeFi yield tools return raw pool rows. This Actor is built to be decision-ready:

- Filters for stablecoin pools from DeFiLlama.
- Scores pools by TVL, APY range, reward-token dependency, IL risk, protocol quality, and stablecoin risk bucket.
- Enriches rows with DeFiLlama stablecoin supply and peg-mechanism metadata when available.
- Labels each pool as `consider`, `watch`, or `avoid`.
- Includes warnings such as thin TVL, high reward dependency, IL risk, APY outliers, supply contraction, and very high APY.
