## Pricing

from $0.59 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### ATS Jobs Scraper & API: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby

Scrape jobs from **ATS career sites** (applicant tracking systems), **straight from the company**, to Excel, CSV or JSON, **without login, proxy or browser**. Type company **names or domains** ("Airbnb", "notion.so", "NVIDIA"): the Actor finds which applicant tracking system (ATS) each company uses (**Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Personio, Workable**) and returns every open job in one format. What sets this Actor apart:

- **No slugs to look up.** Other scrapers want the exact board name (`boards.greenhouse.io/<slug>`, `<tenant>.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/<site>`). Here a company name is enough; links and `greenhouse:stripe` style entries work too.
- **One schema for 8 ATS.** The same fields from Workday and from Greenhouse: title, location, remote / hybrid / on-site, salary, department, date, description, apply link.
- **Salary per year.** Taken from the ATS pay fields (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) or found in the description (Workday and the rest), with the currency and the period. Filter by **minimum salary**.
- **Big Workday boards, completely.** Workday shows only 2,000 jobs per search. This Actor splits a board by country, job family and type, so a 40,000-job board comes back whole (tested: 6,459 Accenture jobs for one keyword).
- **Job alerts.** Schedule it and get only jobs you have not seen before, for any list of companies.

```json
{ "companies": ["Airbnb", "Notion", "NVIDIA"], "titleKeywords": ["data engineer"], "workplaceTypes": ["remote"], "onlyWithSalary": true }
```

Use it as a **Workday jobs API**, **Greenhouse jobs API**, **Lever job board API** or **Ashby job posting API** with one call and one input.

#### What you get

**One row per job.** Real example, November 2026 (the first jobs of each company):

| job | company | location | salary | workplace | ATS |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AirCover Specialist, Claims Experience | Airbnb | Canada | CAD 58,000 - 68,000/yr | remote | Greenhouse |
| Software Engineer, AI Connections | Notion | San Francisco; New York | $272,000 - $304,000/yr | hybrid | Ashby |
| Data Scientist Marketing | bunq | Amsterdam, Netherlands | | hybrid | Recruitee |
| Manufacturing Automation Solution Intern - 2027 | NVIDIA | China, Shenzhen | | | Workday |
| Inventory Control Manager | Delivery Hero | Karachi, PK | | | SmartRecruiters |

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `jobId`, `title`, `jobUrl`, `applyUrl`, `requisitionId` | The job, its page and the apply link on the company's career site |
| `companyName`, `employer` | The company as you typed it; for Workday the legal entity behind the job (`employer`) |
| `location`, `offices`, `country` | Where (Ashby: all locations; Greenhouse: offices) |
| `workplaceType`, `workplaceTypeSource` | `remote`, `hybrid` or `on-site`: from the ATS field when it has one, else from the title, location or description |
| `salaryText`, `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`, `salaryPeriod` | Pay as listed (`hour`, `day`, `week`, `month`, `year`) |
| `salaryYearlyMin`, `salaryYearlyMax`, `salarySource` | Pay per year; `ats` = pay field of the ATS, `description` = found in the text |
| `salaryRanges` | Greenhouse: every pay range of a job posted in several countries |
| `postedDate`, `updatedDate`, `postedText` | Publication date (Workday: from "Posted 3 Days Ago", exact for 30+ days) |
| `employmentType`, `experienceLevel`, `department`, `team`, `jobFunction`, `industry` | What the ATS says, where it says it |
| `description`, `descriptionHtml` | The full job description, plain text and / or HTML |
| `ats`, `atsSlug`, `atsBoardUrl`, `searchedCompany` | Which career site the job came from and what you typed to find it |
| `isNew`, `scrapedAt` | Job alerts: new since the last run |

Three table views: **Jobs**, **Salaries** and **Companies**.

#### How it works

| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Find the career site | A name or domain is tried on all eight ATS at once, then as a Workday tenant, then its own career page is read for an ATS link. A link or `ats:slug` is used as given. The log shows what was found and how many jobs are on each board |
| 2. Read the jobs | Public JSON of the ATS: no login, no cookies. Workday: 20 jobs per request, split by facets above 2,000 |
| 3. Filters | Title words, locations, remote / hybrid / on-site, employment type, department, posted within N days, minimum salary, reposts. Jobs removed here are not charged |
| 4. Details | Workday and SmartRecruiters need one more request per job for the description and salary; the Actor makes it only for jobs that passed the filters, and not at all with **Job description: None** |
| 5. Job alerts | With **Only new jobs** on, jobs from earlier runs are skipped and not charged |

#### Which companies work

| ATS | Typical companies | Salary in the ATS data |
|---|---|---|
| Greenhouse | Airbnb, Stripe, Figma, Anthropic, Coinbase, Cloudflare, Adyen | ✅ pay ranges by country |
| Ashby | Notion, Ramp, OpenAI, Mollie | ✅ when the company shows it |
| Lever | Spotify and many startups | ✅ `salaryRange` |
| Workday | NVIDIA, Salesforce, Adobe, Visa, Cisco, Accenture, Zalando | in the description |
| SmartRecruiters | Delivery Hero, Canva, Bosch, Ubisoft | in the description |
| Recruitee, Personio, Workable | bunq, Trafilea, small and mid-size European companies | in the description |

A company with its own career site that is not on one of these eight (for example IKEA, Shopify) is not found: the log says so. If a name finds the wrong board or nothing, paste the career-site link or `workday:tenant.wd5/Site` instead.

#### Why this Actor

| | This Actor | Typical single-ATS scraper |
|---|---|---|
| Company name or domain as input | ✅ Finds the ATS and the board on 8 platforms (Workable too) | ❌ Exact slug, one ATS per Actor |
| Workday boards over 2,000 jobs | ✅ Split by facets, whole board | ⚠️ Stops at 2,000 |
| Salary per year in one format | ✅ ATS fields + description, any currency | ⚠️ Raw fields, different per ATS |
| Filters: minimum salary, remote, department, posted within | ✅ All free when they remove a job | ⚠️ Few |
| Job alerts (only new jobs) | ✅ Built in, seen jobs not charged | ⚠️ Some |
| Filtered-out jobs | ✅ Free | ❌ Charged |
| Price per 1 000 jobs with descriptions | ✅ $0.99 | $1.00-12.00 |

#### Pricing

Pay per event, no subscription needed. Apify Scale and Business plans pay less:

| Event | Free and Starter plans | Scale plan | Business plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Run start | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 |
| Job (with salary, remote type, department and description) | $0.00099 | $0.00079 | $0.00059 |

**1 000 jobs = $0.99.** Free: jobs removed by your filters, reposts, jobs already seen by a job alert. Platform usage is included. Set a maximum cost per run in the run options: the Actor stops there.

#### Job alerts

1. List your companies, set filters, turn on **Only new jobs** and give the alert a **Monitor name**.
2. Save it as a task and add a **schedule** (every morning, every hour).
3. Send the results by email, Slack, Google Sheets, Make, Zapier or **n8n** with Apify integrations.

The first run returns the current jobs; next runs return only jobs not seen before, and those are not charged.

#### FAQ

**Can I use it as a Workday jobs API?** Yes. Give the company name or the `workday:tenant.wd5/Site` entry and call it from the Apify API: the response is JSON with the same fields as every other ATS.

**How do I find the right input for a company?** Type its name or domain. The log line `Company "Airbnb" -> greenhouse:airbnb (202 jobs)` shows what was found. A small board with the same name as a big one is dropped; if it still picks wrong, use the career-site link.

**Why does a Workday run take longer?** Workday returns 20 jobs per request and needs one more for each job's description. Use **Max jobs per company**, a title keyword (Workday searches by it on the server) or **Job description: None** for a fast list.

**How many jobs per company?** Default 200, up to 100,000. A Workday board over 2,000 jobs is split by country, job family and type.

**Is the date exact?** Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Recruitee, Personio, SmartRecruiters and Workable give the date. Workday lists only "Posted 3 Days Ago": the date is computed from it, and exact for jobs older than 30 days.

**Do I need an account or proxy?** No. Only public career-site data is read; the proxy is used only to retry a refused request.

#### Use with the API and AI agents

Run it from the Apify API, the JavaScript or Python client, **n8n**, Make or Zapier, or from AI agents through the [Apify MCP server](https://mcp.apify.com) (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor). One call: `POST https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/s_actors~ats-jobs-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items` with the input above returns the jobs as JSON. Set **Job description** to "None" for smaller answers.

#### Is it legal?

The Actor reads public job listings that companies publish on their career sites for anyone to see. It does not log in or collect personal data. Use the data according to the laws that apply to you (GDPR and similar) and the career sites' terms.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line: a company name ("Airbnb", "Delivery Hero"), a domain ("notion.so"), a career-site link (boards.greenhouse.io/stripe, jobs.lever.co/spotify, jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp, nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite) or "ats:slug" ("greenhouse:stripe", "workday:accenture.wd103/AccentureCareers"). The Actor finds the ATS of a name or a domain by itself.

## `atsPlatforms` (type: `array`):

Look for the career site only on these platforms. Empty = all eight.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains one of these (case-insensitive): "data engineer", "nurse", "sales". Empty = every job of the company.

## `titleExclude` (type: `array`):

Skip jobs whose title contains one of these words, e.g. "intern", "director".

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location text contains one of these: "Berlin", "Germany", "Remote", "CA". Case-insensitive.

## `workplaceTypes` (type: `array`):

Keep only these. Taken from the ATS when it has the field (Ashby, Lever), else from the title, location and description.

## `employmentTypes` (type: `array`):

Keep only these (when the ATS states the type).

## `departments` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose department or team contains one of these: "Engineering", "Sales".

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Only jobs published in the last N days. Workday gives the date only as "N days ago" (30+ is kept as 30 days).

## `onlyWithSalary` (type: `boolean`):

Only jobs whose pay range is in the ATS data or the description.

## `minYearlySalary` (type: `integer`):

Only jobs whose pay range reaches this amount per year, in the job's own currency. Implies "Only jobs with salary".

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Per company and ATS board. Big Workday boards hold thousands of jobs.

## `skipDuplicates` (type: `boolean`):

A job with the same title, company and location as one already in the results is skipped and not charged.

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Return only jobs not returned by earlier runs with the same monitor name. The first run returns the current jobs. Jobs seen before are free.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Separate job alert lists: runs with the same name share the jobs already seen.

## `descriptionFormat` (type: `string`):

Format of the full job description. "None" skips the extra request per job that Workday and SmartRecruiters need for it (their salary and remote filters use it too).

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many requests run at once.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Career sites are public and need no proxy: it is used only to retry a request that was refused.

## `debugLog` (type: `boolean`):

Log every failed attempt.
