## Pricing

from $0.89 / 1,000 companies

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Clutch.co Scraper & API: Agency Leads, Reviews & Emails

Export **agencies and service companies from Clutch.co** with **website, phone, address, rating, review count, hourly rate, minimum project size, team size and service mix** on every row. Then get what Clutch itself does not show: **emails found on each company's own website** (mail server checked). Add the profile details (**founding year, industries and client sizes, certifications, LinkedIn / Facebook / X**) and the **client reviews with the reviewer's name, job title and company**. Paste any Clutch directory or profile link. No login, no browser.

```json
{ "startUrls": ["https://clutch.co/web-developers/uk", "https://clutch.co/agencies/seo"], "maxCompaniesPerUrl": 500, "minRating": "4.8" }
```

Any directory works: a service (`/web-developers`, `/agencies/seo`, `/app-developers`), a service in a country or city (`/web-developers/uk`, `/agencies/digital-marketing/new-york`), or a page with **Clutch's own filters** set in your browser (budget, hourly rate, industry...). All its pages are read, not only the first 400 companies.

#### What you get

Real example, 27 October 2026: **web developers in the UK** (the input form's example), first rows:

| company | location | rating / reviews | hourly rate | employees | min. project | email (from website) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vention | London, England | 4.9 / 103 | $50 - $99 | 1,000 - 9,999 | $50,000+ | hello@ventionteams.com |
| Light IT Global | Rickmansworth, England | 4.9 / 54 | $25 - $49 | 50 - 249 | $25,000+ | sales@light-it.net |
| TechnoYuga | London, England | 5.0 / 64 | < $25 | 50 - 249 | $10,000+ | hello@technoyuga.com |
| Mentor Digital | Bristol, England | 4.9 / 5 | $150 - $199 | 10 - 49 | $10,000+ | info@mentordigital.co.uk |
| CTI Digital | Manchester, England | 4.6 / 9 | $100 - $149 | 50 - 249 | $10,000+ | hello@ctidigital.com |

Of these 20 companies: **20 with phone, website and LinkedIn, 16 with an email**. Of 300 digital marketing agencies: 228 with an email, 2 747 client reviews.

A review in the row, e.g. for Moburst: *Jason Chung, Sr Mobile Growth Manager, **Microsoft** (Information technology, 10,001+ employees, Redmond, Washington), 5.0, Mobile & App Marketing, PPC, SEO.*

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `clutchId`, `name`, `profileUrl`, `logoUrl` | The company and its Clutch profile |
| `website`, `phone` | Company website and phone number |
| `email`, `emails`, `emailMailServer`, `emailSourceUrl`, `contactPageUrl` | The best email found on the company's website (own domain and info@ / sales@ first), all emails found, whether the domain receives mail (MX), the page it was found on, the contact page |
| `rating`, `reviewCount`, `verification`, `clutchGuarantee`, `sponsored` | Clutch rating, number of reviews, "Verified" / "Premier Verified", Clutch Guarantee, paid placement |
| `hourlyRate`, `minProjectSize`, `employees` | Average hourly rate, minimum project size, team size |
| `location`, `street`, `postalCode`, `city`, `region`, `countryCode` | The office shown in this directory and the company address |
| `services` | Service lines with their share: `[{"name": "Web Development", "percent": 40}, ...]` |
| `summary`, `description` | Clutch's summary of the reviews and the company's own text |
| `foundingYear`, `industries`, `clientSizes`, `languages`, `timezones`, `certifications` | Profile details: industries and client sizes (small business / midmarket / enterprise) with shares, Clutch Certified services |
| `linkedin`, `facebook`, `instagram`, `x`, `youtube` | Social profiles (from Clutch, else from the website) |

| `hasDetails`, `sourceUrl`, `scrapedAt` | Whether the profile was read, the link the row came from, run time |

#### How it works

1. Open [clutch.co](https://clutch.co), pick a service and a location, set filters if you like, and copy the link to **Clutch links**. Profile links (`clutch.co/profile/<name>`) give one row each
2. Optionally set **Minimum rating**, **Minimum reviews**, **Verified companies only**, **Skip sponsored listings**
3. Keep **Profile details** and **Find emails on company websites** on (default), turn on **Client reviews** for reviews with buyer details
4. Set **Max companies per link** and run. Download as CSV, Excel, JSON or HTML. Three tabs: **Companies**, **Leads** (email, phone, address, socials), **Company profile**

Turn on **Only companies with an email** for a mailing list: the others are left out and free. Speed: about 40 companies a minute with details, emails and reviews.

#### Why this Actor

| | |
|---|---|
| 📧 **Emails Clutch does not show** | Clutch has only a contact form. The Actor opens each company's website and contact page and returns the best address with a mail server check |
| 🧑‍💼 **Buyer leads from reviews** | Every review names the client's company, industry, size and location, plus the reviewer's job title: who buys web, app or marketing services, and from whom |
| 🎯 **Any directory, all pages** | Service, country, city and Clutch's own filters straight from the link; big directories are read past the first pages |
| ⭐ **Filters that cost nothing** | Rating, review count, verified badge, no sponsored listings: companies left out are free |
| 🔔 **New agency alerts** | **Only new companies** returns just the companies that joined a directory since the previous run |
| 💰 **From $1.49 per 1,000 companies** | Pay only for what you turn on, no subscription |

#### Get new agencies every week

1. Add your Clutch links and turn on **Only new companies**
2. Save as a task and add a schedule, e.g. every Monday
3. The **first run** returns the current companies as a baseline. **Every later run** returns only companies not seen before: send them to [Google Sheets](https://apify.com/s_actors/google-sheets-import-export), your CRM or email with an integration

The memory is kept in your account (key-value store `clutch-scraper-state`). Use a different **Monitor name** for each task.

#### Pricing

Pay per company in the results, no subscription needed. Apify Scale and Business plans pay less:

| Event | Free and Starter plans | Scale plan | Business plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Run start | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 |
| Company (one row: website, phone, rating, rates, size, services) | $0.00149 | $0.00099 | $0.00089 |
| Profile details (founded, industries, client sizes, socials), when on | $0.00099 | $0.00089 | $0.00079 |
| Email found on the company website, when on | $0.00099 | $0.00089 | $0.00079 |
| Client review, when on | $0.00074 | $0.00067 | $0.00059 |

| Task | Cost |
|---|---|
| 20 companies with details and emails (the example) | ~$0.07 |
| 1,000 companies, no details or emails | ~$1.49 |
| 1,000 companies with details and emails (~75% with email) | ~$3.25 |
| 1,000 companies with details, emails and up to 10 reviews each | ~$10 |

Companies left out by your filters, by **Only new companies** or by **Only companies with an email** are not charged. The email event is charged only when an email was found.

#### FAQ

**Where does the data come from?** From clutch.co, the same pages any visitor sees, without logging in. Emails come from the company's own public website.

**Why are some emails missing?** Clutch never shows email addresses. About 3 in 4 agencies publish one on their website; the rest use only a contact form, or their site is closed to bots.

**How many companies can I get?** All companies of a directory: Clutch shows 50 per page, and the Actor reads every page up to your limit. Web developers alone are ~100 000 companies.

**Can I use Clutch's filters?** Yes. Set them on clutch.co (budget, hourly rate, industry focus, location) and paste the link: the filters stay on every page.

**What are sponsored listings?** Paid placements at the top of the first page. They are real agencies of the same directory; **Skip sponsored listings** leaves them out if you want only the organic ranking.

**Are reviews newest first?** In Clutch's own order: a featured review first, then the newest.

**Do I need an account or an API key?** No.

#### Use with the API and AI agents

Run it via the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2) from Python, Node.js or any HTTP client as your Clutch API, or connect it to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents through the [Apify MCP server](https://mcp.apify.com): "Find 50 Shopify agencies in the UK on Clutch rated 4.8+ with emails, and list the companies their clients work at."

#### Other B2B lead tools

| [Europages Scraper](https://apify.com/s_actors/europages-scraper) | European B2B suppliers and manufacturers with phone, website, VAT and emails |
| [Google Maps Email Extractor](https://apify.com/s_actors/google-maps-email-extractor) | Local businesses from Google Maps with emails from their websites |
| [LinkedIn Company Scraper](https://apify.com/s_actors/linkedin-company-scraper) | Exact employee count, headcount growth and details of any company |

#### Is it legal?

The Actor reads only public pages: the Clutch directory and profiles and the companies' own websites, without logging in. The data is business contact information that companies publish to be contacted, and reviews published on Clutch. Follow the data protection and marketing rules of your country (such as GDPR and anti-spam laws) when you contact the companies or people named in reviews.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Directory pages of Clutch.co: a service (clutch.co/web-developers, /agencies/seo, /app-developers), a service in a place (clutch.co/web-developers/uk, /agencies/digital-marketing/new-york) or any page with the site's filters set (budget, hourly rate, industry...): all its pages are read. Company profile links (clutch.co/profile/<name>) give one row each. The path alone works too: web-developers/uk.

## `maxCompaniesPerUrl` (type: `integer`):

For each directory link. Clutch lists 50 companies per page; a big directory has tens of thousands (web developers: ~100 000).

## `maxCompanies` (type: `integer`):

The run stops at this many companies.

## `minRating` (type: `string`):

Only companies rated at least this (out of 5). Companies left out are free.

## `minReviews` (type: `integer`):

Only companies with at least this many Clutch reviews (0 = also companies without reviews).

## `verifiedOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only companies with the Clutch "Verified" or "Premier Verified" badge.

## `skipSponsored` (type: `boolean`):

Leave out the paid placements at the top of the first page (agencies of the same directory, ranked by payment).

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Read each company profile: full description, founding year, industries and client sizes it works with (shares), languages, certifications, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube. Charged per profile read.

## `includeReviews` (type: `boolean`):

Add the company's Clutch reviews to its row: project, size, dates, ratings, the reviewer's name, job title, company, industry, location and company size (buyer leads), summary and the full interview. Charged per review.

## `maxReviewsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Newest first. 10 reviews = one profile page; more cost one request per 10.

## `findEmails` (type: `boolean`):

Clutch does not show email addresses: open the company website (and its contact page) to find them. Charged only for companies with an email found.

## `checkEmailDomains` (type: `boolean`):

Drop emails whose domain cannot receive mail (no MX record).

## `onlyWithEmail` (type: `boolean`):

Output only companies with an email found (the others are free).

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

Output only companies not seen in the previous runs of the same link (and monitor name). Schedule it weekly to get agencies that joined a Clutch directory.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Keeps the memory of seen companies apart for different schedules.

## `debugLog` (type: `boolean`):

Log every request retry.
