## Pricing

from $3.20 / 1,000 channel with emails

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### YouTube Channel Email Scraper & Influencer Email Finder

Find the **public emails of YouTube creators** in bulk: paste channel links, or type a niche ("travel vlog", "tech review") and get an **influencer email list** filtered by subscribers and country. The Actor reads the About page, the **descriptions of the latest videos** (many creators write their business email only there), the channel's **website and link-in-bio page** (Linktree, Beacons, Stan...) and returns the email, where it was found, Instagram, TikTok, X, website and channel stats.

```json
{ "searchQueries": ["tech review"], "minSubscribers": 20000, "maxSubscribers": 1000000, "onlyWithEmail": true }
```

No login, no cookies, no captcha solving. Use it as a **YouTube channel email API**: one call returns clean JSON. You pay mainly for channels with an email.

#### What you get

**One row per channel.** Real example, September 2026, search "tech review", 20K-1M subscribers:

| channel | subscribers | country | email | found in | website | last upload |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chigz Tech Reviews | 705K | United Kingdom | chigz@chigztech.com | channel description | chigztech.com | 2026-09-27 |
| Consumer Tech Review | 233K | United States | consumertechreviewbiz@gmail.com | video description | | 2026-09-27 |
| In Depth Tech Reviews | 202K | United Arab Emirates | indepthtechreviews@gmail.com | channel description | | 2026-09-22 |
| Home Cinema Tech Review | 163K | United States | homecinemareview@gmail.com | channel description | | 2026-09-27 |
| GH Tech Review | 31.4K | United States | gerardo@ghtechreview.com | description, videos, link-in-bio | | 2026-09-27 |

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `email` | The address to write to: the creator's own contact, business-worded or on the channel's domain first |
| `emails` | Every email found, each with `sources` (channel description, video description, website, link-in-bio page) and `likelyContact` (false for a brand or sponsor address mentioned under a video) |
| `hasBusinessEmail` | The channel also has a hidden business email behind YouTube's "View email address" button (sign-in and captcha, not read by this Actor) |
| `website`, `linkInBio` | The channel's own site and its link-in-bio page |
| `instagram`, `tiktok`, `x`, `facebook`, `linkedin`, `twitch`, `discord`, `telegram`, `threads`, `patreon`, `otherSocials` | Social profiles from the channel's links |
| `subscribers`, `totalViews`, `videosCount`, `country`, `joinedDate`, `lastUploadDate`, `isVerified` | To qualify a lead: size, location, whether the channel is still active |
| `channelName`, `channelHandle`, `channelUrl`, `channelId`, `description`, `keywords`, `avatar`, `links`, `source` | The channel and where it came from (your link or keyword) |

#### How it works

1. Add **channels** (`@handle`, `youtube.com/@handle`, `/channel/UC...`, a channel ID or any video link), or **keywords** to find channels in a niche
2. Set filters: **min / max subscribers**, **countries**, **only channels with an email**
3. Run, then download the list as CSV or Excel for your outreach tool or CRM. Two views: **Contacts** and **All contacts and stats**

| Input | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Find channels by keywords** | YouTube channel search for each keyword, up to **Channels per keyword** (default 50) that pass the filters |
| **Min / max subscribers** | Micro-influencers, mid-size or big creators; filtered channels are free |
| **Countries** | `US`, `GB`, `DE`, `IN` or names; from the channel's About page |
| **Latest videos to scan** | Read the descriptions of the 3 latest videos (0-10) |
| **Scan websites and link-in-bio pages** | Open the linked site, its contact page and the link-in-bio page (on by default) |
| **Only new channels** | Monitoring: channels returned before (same **Monitor name**) are skipped for free |

#### Why this Actor

| | |
|---|---|
| 🎯 **Influencer lists by niche** | Keywords + subscriber range + country: a ready outreach list, not just a lookup of known channels |
| 🎬 **Emails under videos too** | In our test half of the channels with an email had it under their videos, 7 of 30 only there; many email scrapers read only the About page |
| ✅ **The right address** | A sponsor's email under one video is not taken for the creator's; every email shows where it was found |
| 🌐 **Websites and link-in-bio** | Linktree, Beacons, Stan, Solo.to, Carrd and the creator's own site with its contact page, Cloudflare-hidden addresses decoded |
| 🔔 **No paying twice** | Only new channels: schedule the same niche search and get only creators you have not seen |
| 💰 **$4 per 1,000 channels with an email** | Channels without an email cost $0.50 per 1,000, or nothing with **Only channels with an email**. Captcha-solving services charge $120+ per 1,000 |

#### Pricing

Pay per result, no subscription needed. Apify Scale and Business plans pay less:

| Event | Free and Starter plans | Scale plan | Business plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Run start | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 |
| Channel with email | $0.004 | $0.0036 | $0.0032 |
| Channel without email | $0.0005 | $0.00045 | $0.0004 |

| Task | Cost |
|---|---|
| 100 channels of a niche with an email | $0.40 |
| Contacts of 1,000 channel links, 60% with an email | ~$2.60 |

Channels filtered out by subscribers or country, and channels returned before in **Only new channels**, are free.

#### Ready-made tasks

Open it, change the channels or keywords, and run:

| Task | What you get |
|---|---|
| [YouTube Channel Email Finder: Emails from Channel Links](https://apify.com/s_actors/youtube-channel-email-scraper/examples/youtube-channel-email-finder) | Emails of the channels you have |

#### FAQ

**Does it get the email behind "View email address"?** No. YouTube shows it only to signed-in users after a captcha, and automating that breaks YouTube's terms. `hasBusinessEmail` tells you it exists; you can open the channel and click the button yourself. Many creators with that button also write the address in a description or on their site, where the Actor finds it.

**How many channels have a public email?** In our tests 7 to 12 of 15 channels per niche (tech and travel higher, cooking and music lower). Larger creators more often, tiny channels less often.

**Where does "Countries" come from?** From the country the creator set on the About page. Channels without one are left out when you filter by country.

**Can I run it every week for new creators?** Yes: save a keyword search as a task with **Only new channels**, schedule it, and each run returns only channels you have not received yet.

#### Use with the API and AI agents

Run it via the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2) from Python, Node.js or any HTTP client, or connect it to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents through the [Apify MCP server](https://mcp.apify.com): "Find 50 US fitness YouTubers with 20K-200K subscribers and their business emails."

#### Is it legal?

The Actor collects only contact details that creators published themselves for business inquiries, on YouTube and on their own pages, without logging in. You are responsible for using them in line with anti-spam and privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM): contact creators about relevant offers and let them opt out.

# Actor input Schema

## `channels` (type: `array`):

One per line: channel links (youtube.com/@handle, /channel/UC...), @handles, channel IDs (UC...) or any video link (its channel). Leave empty to find channels by search keywords.

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

Niche keywords, one per line ("travel vlog", "tech review", "vegan recipes"). The Actor searches YouTube channels for each and checks them one by one: an influencer email list for your niche.

## `maxChannelsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

How many channels that pass the filters to return for each keyword.

## `minSubscribers` (type: `integer`):

Skip smaller channels, for example 10000. Filtered channels are free.

## `maxSubscribers` (type: `integer`):

Skip bigger channels, for example 500000 for micro-influencers. Filtered channels are free.

## `countries` (type: `array`):

Only channels with this country on their About page: codes (US, GB, DE, IN) or English names (United States). Channels without a country are skipped when this is set.

## `onlyWithEmail` (type: `boolean`):

Leave out channels where no public email was found (they are then free).

## `videosToScan` (type: `integer`):

Many creators write their business email only under their videos. How many of the latest video descriptions to read per channel (0 = only the About page).

## `scanWebsites` (type: `boolean`):

Open the channel's website and link-in-bio page (Linktree, Beacons, Stan...) and its contact page, and collect the emails there.

## `onlyNewChannels` (type: `boolean`):

Channels returned by earlier runs with the same Monitor name are skipped for free. Schedule a keyword search weekly to get only newly found creators.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Name of the memory used by Only new channels. Use a different name for each list.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many requests to YouTube run at the same time.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Requests to YouTube go direct first and switch to Apify datacenter proxies when YouTube refuses them. Websites are opened direct.

## `debugLog` (type: `boolean`):

Log every failed attempt and proxy switch.
