## Pricing

from $0.39 / 1,000 influencers

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### YouTube Influencer Finder & API: Creators, Views & Emails

Type a niche ("vegan recipes", "home workout", "budget travel") and get a **list of YouTube influencers who make that content now**, each with the **average views of their latest videos**, **engagement rate**, how often they upload, **which brands sponsor them** and their **public email**. Filter by subscribers, average views, engagement, activity and country.

```json
{ "searchQueries": ["home workout"], "minSubscribers": 10000, "maxSubscribers": 500000, "minAvgViews": 3000, "onlyWithEmail": true }
```

No login, no API key, no YouTube quota. Use it as a **YouTube influencer search API**: one call returns clean JSON, CSV or Excel.

#### What you get

**One row per creator.** Real example, 28 October 2026, keyword "vegan recipes":

| creator | subscribers | avg views | engagement | uploads / week | sponsors | email |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sarah's Vegan Kitchen | 552K | 78.1K | 3.3% | 0.3 | Thrive Market, HexClad, Helix Sleep | hello@sarahsvegankitchen.com |
| Mina Rome | 572K | 74.4K | 3.1% | 0.6 | 1 sponsored video | contact.minarome@gmail.com |
| Merle O'Neal | 206K | 56.4K | 3.9% | 1.3 | 3 sponsored videos | Merle@solaromgmt.com |
| Vegan Recipes | 139K | 23.9K | 1.9% | 2.3 | | |
| Need Never Get Old | 40.9K | 10.5K | 6.5% | 1.3 | | |

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `avgViews`, `medianViews` | Views of the latest long videos (10 by default): the real reach, not the subscriber count |
| `viewsToSubscribers` | Median views as % of subscribers: how much of the audience still watches |
| `engagementRate`, `avgLikes`, `avgComments` | (Likes + comments) / views of the latest 5 videos, median, in %; exact likes and comments |
| `uploadsPerWeek`, `videosLast30Days`, `lastUploadDate`, `lastUploadDaysAgo` | Is the creator active, and how often they post |
| `sponsoredVideos`, `sponsorNames`, `brandDomains`, `usesAffiliateLinks` | Paid promotions in the latest videos: "sponsored by", "#ad", promo codes, the sponsor names and the brand sites they link to |
| `email`, `emails`, `emailMailServer`, `hasBusinessEmail` | The creator's own contact address (channel About, video descriptions, website, link-in-bio page), every email with its source, and a check that the domain receives mail |
| `subscribers`, `tier` | Size and tier: nano (< 10K), micro (< 100K), mid (< 500K), macro (< 1M), mega |
| `website`, `linkInBio`, `instagram`, `tiktok`, `x`, `facebook`, `linkedin`, `twitch`, `discord`, `threads`, `patreon` | Website and social profiles |
| `country`, `totalViews`, `videosCount`, `joinedDate`, `isVerified`, `description`, `keywords` | The channel |
| `latestVideos`, `searchQuery`, `foundVia` | The 5 latest videos, and the keyword and video that found the creator |

#### How it works

1. Add **niche keywords**. The Actor takes the videos YouTube finds for each keyword (uploaded this year by default) and collects their **creators**, so you get people who actually make this content, not just channels with the word in their name
2. Each creator is measured: About page, the latest videos page, and the latest 5 videos one by one (likes, comments, descriptions), plus the linked website for an email
3. Creators outside your **filters** are dropped for free; the rest come as a table with three views: **Influencers**, **Contacts**, **Sponsorships**

| Input | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Niche keywords** | One search per keyword, up to **Creators per keyword** (default 50) that pass the filters |
| **Find creators by** | Videos about the keyword (default), YouTube's channel search, or both |
| **Videos uploaded within** | Today, week, month, year (default) or any time: shorter = more active creators |
| **Search language / region** | `de`, `fr`, `es`... with keywords in that language finds local creators |
| **Min / max subscribers, min average views, min engagement rate, uploaded in the last N days, countries, only with an email** | Filters; filtered creators are free |
| **Or analyze these channels** | Vet creators you already have: links, @handles, channel IDs or video links |
| **Only new creators** | Monitoring: creators returned before (same **Monitor name**) are skipped for free |

#### Why this Actor

| | |
|---|---|
| 👀 **Real reach, not just subscribers** | Average and median views of the latest videos and views as % of subscribers: a 500K channel with 4K views per video shows up as such |
| ❤️ **Engagement rate from exact numbers** | Likes and comments of each of the latest videos, not rounded counters |
| 🤝 **Sponsorship history** | Which creators already do paid promotions, for which brands, and who uses affiliate links: the ones open to a deal |
| 🎬 **Creators who make the content now** | Found through recent videos about your keyword, with an activity filter, instead of channel names that merely contain it |
| 📧 **Emails with a domain check** | From the About page, video descriptions, websites and link-in-bio pages; a sponsor's address under one video is not taken for the creator's |
| 🔔 **No paying twice** | Only new creators: schedule the same keyword weekly and get only creators you have not seen |

#### Pricing

Pay per creator, no subscription needed. Apify Scale and Business plans pay less:

| Event | Free and Starter plans | Scale plan | Business plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Run start | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 |
| Influencer (one creator with all stats) | $0.00054 | $0.000486 | $0.00039 |
| Email found (added when a public email was found) | $0.00199 | $0.00179 | $0.00159 |

| Task | Cost |
|---|---|
| 100 creators of a niche, about half with an email | ~$0.15 |
| 1,000 creators with stats, only those with an email | ~$2.53 |

Creators filtered out, and creators returned before in **Only new creators**, are free.

#### Ready-made tasks

Open it, change the keywords, and run:

| Task | What you get |
|---|---|
| [YouTube Influencer List by Niche, Country & Subscribers](https://apify.com/s_actors/youtube-influencer-finder/examples/youtube-influencer-list) | Micro-influencers of a niche with email |

#### FAQ

**How is the engagement rate counted?** For each of the latest 5 videos: (likes + comments) / views; the row shows the median in percent. Typical YouTube values are 1-5%. Set **Latest videos to open** to 0 for a faster run without engagement and sponsors.

**Why average views of long videos?** Subscriber counts include people who stopped watching years ago; the latest videos show what a sponsored video would get. Shorts get far more views than long videos, so a channel with only Shorts is measured on its Shorts (`shortsOnly: true`).

**How do I find creators in one country?** Write the keywords in the local language with **Search language** (`vegane rezepte` + `de`), and set **Countries** (`DE`): the country comes from the creator's About page.

**Does it get the email behind "View email address"?** No. YouTube shows it only to signed-in users after a captcha. `hasBusinessEmail` tells you it exists; many creators with that button also write the address in a description or on their site, where the Actor finds it.

**How are sponsorships detected?** From the descriptions of the latest videos: disclosure words ("sponsored by", "thanks to ... for sponsoring", "#ad", "paid partnership", promo codes), the name after them, and the outside sites linked. Affiliate boilerplate ("As an Amazon Associate...") is shown apart as `usesAffiliateLinks`.

#### Is it legal?

The Actor collects only public channel statistics and contact details that creators published themselves for business inquiries, without logging in. You are responsible for using them in line with anti-spam and privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM): contact creators about relevant offers and let them opt out.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

Topics your creators make videos about, one per line ("vegan recipes", "home workout", "budget travel"). The Actor finds the channels behind the videos YouTube shows for each keyword and measures every channel.

## `maxChannelsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

How many creators that pass your filters to return for each keyword.

## `discoveryMode` (type: `string`):

Videos: the creators of the videos YouTube finds for the keyword, so you get people who actually make this content now. Channels: YouTube's channel search, which matches channel names and descriptions.

## `uploadedWithin` (type: `string`):

Find creators through videos uploaded in this period (Videos mode). Shorter = more active creators, fewer results.

## `searchLanguage` (type: `string`):

Language code of the YouTube search: de, fr, es, pt, hi... Write the keywords in this language too ("vegane rezepte" with de) to find local creators.

## `searchCountry` (type: `string`):

Region code of the YouTube search (US, GB, DE, IN...). YouTube weighs language more than region: to keep only creators from a country, use the Countries filter.

## `channels` (type: `array`):

Optional: channel links (youtube.com/@handle, /channel/UC...), @handles, channel IDs or video links, one per line, to vet creators you already have.

## `minSubscribers` (type: `integer`):

Skip smaller channels, for example 10000.

## `maxSubscribers` (type: `integer`):

Skip bigger channels, for example 100000 for micro-influencers.

## `minAvgViews` (type: `integer`):

Average views of the latest videos, for example 5000. Real reach: subscriber counts hide inactive audiences.

## `minEngagementRate` (type: `string`):

(Likes + comments) / views of the latest videos, median, in percent: for example 2. Typical YouTube values are 1-5%.

## `activeWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Skip creators whose newest long video is older, for example 30.

## `countries` (type: `array`):

Only creators with this country on their About page: codes (US, GB, DE, IN) or English names. Channels without a country are skipped when this is set.

## `onlyWithEmail` (type: `boolean`):

Leave out creators where no public email was found.

## `recentVideos` (type: `integer`):

How many of the latest long videos give the average and median views and the upload rhythm (one page, no extra cost).

## `videosToScan` (type: `integer`):

Opened one by one for exact likes and comments (engagement rate), sponsors and emails in their descriptions. 0 = no engagement and sponsor data.

## `scanWebsites` (type: `boolean`):

Open the channel's website and link-in-bio page (Linktree, Beacons, Stan...) and its contact page, and collect the emails there.

## `checkMailServer` (type: `boolean`):

Check that each email's domain receives mail. An address whose domain does not is never the main email.

## `onlyNewChannels` (type: `boolean`):

Creators returned by earlier runs with the same Monitor name are skipped for free. Schedule a keyword weekly to get only newly found creators.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Name of the memory used by Only new creators. Use a different name for each list.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many requests to YouTube run at the same time.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Requests to YouTube go direct first and switch to Apify datacenter proxies when YouTube refuses them. Websites are opened direct.

## `debugLog` (type: `boolean`):

Log every failed attempt and proxy switch.
