### 1.0 review fixes (2026-10-25, before first release)

- Contract, IDV and subcontract rows whose recipient name looks like a person's (no business word such as LLC, Inc, Corp, Co or Services) are dropped and not charged; the run summary counts them. Grants stay limited to organization categories, and a winner business-type filter can now only narrow that list for grants, never widen it.
- Descriptions (awards, grants and subawards) that look like they name a person are blanked; new `descriptionSuppressed` field. Phone removal no longer touches contract numbers.
- "New since last run": the row that used up the run's max cost is remembered; look-back up to 180 days in this mode; the README states plainly that Defense awards appear about 90 days late and need a look-back of 100+ days with narrow filters.
- Winner totals (per row and the `RECIPIENTS` roll-up) count only rows actually returned. The per-award dataset view is renamed "Winner totals by award".
- Subaward searches request the prime award id explicitly; the date-range warning is logged once; ranges before FY2008 are clipped instead of inverted.
- A 403/429 part-way through keeps the rows already read, makes no more requests, saves the cursor and ends with a note.

- First release: newly reported federal contracts, IDVs and grants from the USAspending.gov API v2, with three modes (latest, new since last run with a named cursor, date range), NAICS/PSC/agency/state/business-type/set-aside/amount/keyword filters, a per-winner roll-up, optional free contract details and an optional subcontract add-on. Charged per returned award or subaward; filtered-out rows, awards to individuals and failed runs are free.
