- First release: newly filed business entities from the official open-data (Socrata) feeds of New York (Department of State daily filings), Colorado (business entities) and Connecticut (business registry), normalized to one entity-only row. Three modes (latest, new since last run with a per-state cursor in a named store, date range); filters for states, entity kind, out-of-state entities, name keywords in and out, New York counties and Colorado/Connecticut ZIP codes. Per-state failure isolation with a SUMMARY record. Charged per returned entity; filtered, already-returned and non-formation rows and failed runs are free. Never outputs agent, organizer, filer or officer names, street addresses, phones or emails.

#### Review fixes (2026-10-25, before first publish)

- `zip` is a U.S. ZIP only: a foreign principal office's postcode is no longer zero-padded into a fake ZIP (Sydney "2000" was "02000").
- Default and prefill look-back is 14 days (New York rows arrive about 4 days after filing).
- Name keywords are capped at 50 (40 characters each) so the request URL stays short.
- The run SUMMARY records, per state, the portal columns actually read.
- README: "What you get" is part of the use-case section, in the standard order.
