- First release: FDA drug, device and food enforcement reports (openFDA), CPSC recalls (SaferProducts.gov web service) and NHTSA recalls (daily flat file) in one normalized row format, with three modes (latest, new since last run with a named cursor, date range), firm and UPC/NDC/model watchlists, FDA class and keyword filters, and a per-source status summary. Charged per returned recall, plus a watchlist add-on only for returned rows that match the user's watchlist. Contact details, CPSC injury narratives and person names are never returned; person-named firms and person or case-caption text are suppressed per the 2026-10-25 data rules.

#### Review fixes (2026-10-25, before first publish)

- Max cost: a watchlist match is returned only when the run's remaining budget covers both the recall and the add-on; otherwise the run stops before it (no match is delivered unbilled).
- The person-name check no longer drops real companies such as Boston Scientific, Becton Dickinson, Fresenius Kabi, Kraft Heinz, Johnson Controls or Blue Bell Creameries, keeps founder-named brands such as Ralph Lauren and Kate Spade, and never drops NHTSA recalls (their manufacturers file with NHTSA by regulation).
- NHTSA's flat file is parsed off the event loop.
- The "Watchlist matches" tab is now "Watchlist" and shows the `watchlistMatch` column.
