**Use case:** 

Shrink videos to about the size you need, for email, WhatsApp, Discord or upload limits. Set a target size in MB and the bitrate is computed from each video's length; optionally resize to 1280 px wide. MP4 (H.264) output with download links. In this example a 30-second 1080p clip goes from 21.7 MB to 1.8 MB. $3 per 1,000 files plus $20 per 1,000 video minutes.
