Collects licensed, citation-ready source rows from two free public APIs: Wikipedia REST and Crossref Works. Each row is title, URL, a verbatim quote (Wikipedia extract or Crossref abstract — never generated), license, source id, and retrieved\_at. HTTP only. No browser, no proxy, no crawler, no paid keys. Not a Website Content Crawler clone.

### Why use it
