- Sources: Greenhouse (`pay_input_ranges`), Lever (`salaryRange` plus description text), Ashby (`compensation` tiers) and SmartRecruiters (paged listing plus job detail text). Boards can be given as `source:board` or as a board URL.
- Salary extraction reads structured ATS pay fields first and falls back to a deterministic text parser. Every range carries the exact evidence text. The parser rejects revenue figures, years, percentages, 401(k) and bonus amounts, headcounts and implausible ranges.
- Indian formats: LPA, lakh, crore, `12L-18L` and Indian digit grouping (`₹12,00,000`).
- European number formats (`€60.000`, `32.144,00 EUR`) and German pay phrases (`brutto pro Jahr`).
- Change tracking through the named key-value store `tankha-snapshots`: `new`, `salary_changed` (with `previousSalary`), `unchanged`, and free `removed` rows. Removed rows appear only when the board's complete job list was fetched.
- SUMMARY record with per-board counts, disclosure rate, median/min/max annual salary per currency, change counts and errors.
