- First release. Two modes against the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC):
  - **Lookup** (`query`/`queries`): licence number or business/person name through ROC's own
    contractor search (a guest Salesforce Apex action, plain HTTP). Returns every licence on each
    matched account, any status, with phone, city/state/ZIP, qualifying party and principals.
    `maxResults` is per query (default 50).
  - **Export** (no query): ROC's statewide Posting List CSV (58,184 active licences on
    2026-10-07), filtered by classification (code or word), license type, city, ZIP, name or
    Arizona-only addresses. `maxResults` is run-wide (default 500, max 100,000). Phone and
    principals are joined in from the contractor search by licence number (`includePhone`,
    default on); `enrichment_status` says per row whether the join landed.
- The CSV sits behind a Cloudflare TLS-fingerprint + IP challenge: fetched with `curl_cffi`
  (Chrome), direct first, then through the run's proxy (residential by default, also when
