- Fix: rows were de-duplicated on ACLB's 'License No.', which for residential licences is only an
  MMYY suffix shared by every firm expiring that month — Pulaski roofing returned 74 of 129
  contractors. Identity is now ACLB ID + licence type (registration number for registrations).
- New: email, officers, DBA and business structure from ACLB's free nightly roster, joined by ACLB
  ID (email on 1,363 of 1,387 Benton contractors). `enrichment_status` says why a field is null.
- `registration_number` for Registration rows; "Extended" status mapped to "Valid (extended)".
- Listing: removed the claim that a county list has to be copied by hand — ACLB publishes a free
  roster CSV, and the listing now says so.

- First release (#170). Trade x county directory over the ACLB advanced search: every licensed
  Arkansas contractor in a county, by trade, with phone, fax, mailing address, licence, trades and
  bid limit. Free Discovery Mode lists the 75 counties and 141 trades. Rows are post-filtered to
  Arkansas firms in exactly the requested county (ACLB matches a substring across all states),
  every spelling of a county is merged, and each search is delivered before the next starts.
