## Changelog

### 0.1 — 2026-10-12

- First release (#188). Colorado's state electrical and plumbing licences (DORA) from the keyless
Socrata dataset `7s5z-vewr` on data.colorado.gov: EC/PC contractor licences and ME/JW/RW/MP/JP/RP
individual licences. Recon from Apify egress: `docs/actors/recon-colorado-contractor-license-lookup.md`.
- Lookup mode (`query`/`queries`): licence number (`EC.0102804`, `EC 102804` or bare digits) or a
business / person name, every status. Export mode (no query): active contractor licences by
default (7,841), filters for licence type, status, city, ZIP and Colorado-only addresses.
- One row per licence: the source repeats a licence once per public disciplinary action (95,109 rows
-> 94,281 licences); actions are folded into `public_actions`. The number is shipped in DORA's
display form because bare numbers repeat across types.
- Statuses are matched by exact value: Socrata types the status column as a number and rejects
  `starts_with` on it. `maxResults` default 500, max 100000; chunked push-then-charge at
  $0.004 per licence.
