## Changelog

### 0.1 — 2026-10-07

- First release. Statewide export of active Iowa construction contractor registrations from the
Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing (DIAL) open-data file (data.iowa.gov
dataset 1052, CC BY 4.0, weekly): 18,000 registrations, one ZIP download per run (~1.3 s to
fetch and parse). Phone on 99.7%, email on 97.7%, street address on 99.98% (measured 2026-10-07).
- Filters: trade (word or NAICS code/prefix), county, city, ZIP, name — each with a batch list.
Unknown values are dropped and logged; a filter with no usable value returns a free notice
instead of the unfiltered roster. `maxResults` (default 500, max 100,000) is run-wide.
- Push and charge in chunks of 500; notices are never charged.
