## Changelog

### 0.1 — 2026-10-07

- First release. Bulk export of the Mississippi State Board of Contractors roster from its public
search at search.msboc.us: statewide by default, filterable by status, licence type,
classification, county, city, ZIP and business name — every filter sent to MSBOC, never applied
after the fact. `maxResults` is the page size on the wire; paging carries the filters in the
URL, and a page whose stated total moves mid-sweep stops the search with a free `blocked` notice.
Optional per-licence detail fetch adds classifications, qualifying names, officers, first-issue
and expiry dates, fax, minority flag and county. Rows are keyed on (licence type, licence
number), which is unique where the number alone is not. A single match (MSBOC redirects it to
the detail page) is parsed as one row. Unknown filter values are dropped with a log line, and a
filter left with no usable value returns a free `input_error` notice instead of a wider search.
