  counties and every classification.
- The registry lists only active licences that opted in; the listing says so.
- County is derived from the listed city via the Census 2020 place-by-county table (bundled);
  98.0% of 5,032 contractor listings resolve. `county_method` on every row.
- The detail call is session-scoped (answers only for the last search's rows), so each search is
  enriched before the next; an out-of-session empty answer is `detail_unavailable`, never blanks.
